Well I wish I had found this form before I placed my order. It looks like I am with the majority and have had problems with the company.
10-02 Placed order.
10-03 Receive "Thank You" notice saying my order would be processed shortly.
10-04 Received Payment notice from Mypaysystems.
10-10 Sent email asking for Order confirmation and tracking number (NO RESPONCE)
10-13 Sent email AGAIN asking for order confirmation and tracking number (NO RESPONCE)
10-14 Sent Email to every email address listed on their website expressing my
concerns! (NO RESPONSE)
10-15 contacted Mypaysystems with my concerns of fraud and requested any contact information they have for the company. Waiting to hear back from them.
I realize that two weeks is not an excessive amount of time to wait for a shipment. A company that is slow to ship is not a major concern. What I am concerned with is the lack of response you get from them. There is not even a phone number listed on their website or in the mypaysystems billing. After reading all these posts and having the same problems I would never recommend or order from this company again.

I placed an order with these guys on Oct 3 and I still haven’t received a tracking # or an email regarding my order. I have emailed them many times but no reply. I tried using mypaysystems but that site doesn’t work when I ask for a refund!! Stay away from these scammers !!!!!!

Just adding to the long list here. I am doing some investigative work....trying to find a physical address and phone number for these yahoos.....
I am at the 2 week mark also and all my PM's and emails have gone unanswered.....
One interesting thing thou.....I think they are getting them and reading them...just not responding....
Here is my reason for thinking this. I was charged by The Payment system and it showed on my statement.....then about 3 days later....the charge disappeared.....it wasn't just credited back to my account like normal .....it literally disappeared....like it had never even been charged to my account.....
So at that point I wasn't out any money...and after about a week of non-response to emails....I sent my own version of a threat....I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere if I didn't hear back from them by the end of the day......
And guess what....I didn't hear a damn thing.....big surprise I know....but that charge showed back up on my account as of the date I sent the email.....
The above probably makes no sense to anybody except the writer....but yeah....
Don't buy from these people....you are throwing away your money....if the deal seems too good to be true....then it probably is.

Here's my timeline for these bozos!
9/24/03 - Placed original order for Xecuter 2.2 Lite
9/24/03 - Received the generic auto-response (ie, order tracking) email
9/24/03 - Received notification that CC had been charged
9/26/03 - Hadn't been notified that order had shipped yet. I emailed them asking when
9/28/03 - Received a reply from them stating they were moving and would ship early the following week
10/1/03 - Still no notification. I emailed them and asked for a phone number so I could speak with a human. They replied right away and stated that an email would be sent when item shipped. I still haven't received that email. Continued checking the order tracking number they gave me which showed no change in status.
10/3/03 - I finally decided that I had been burned. I really wish I would have read this forum before deciding who to buy from. I contacted my CC company and they will dispute the charge for me. I ordered another Xecuter from
system-mods.com. I told my friend that if I ever received the original order from these clowns that he could buy the chip from me.
10/6/03 - I received my Xecuter today from
system-mods.com. w00p! Those guys are the BOMB! Oh and of course, still no word from the circus troupe in Canada.
10/10/03 - Finally got updated info on the tracking page. Used the Canada Post tracking number and discovered...WOW...the package entered destination country on Oct. 4th. WOW....what the hell does that mean? It could be anywhere.
10/15/03 - My friend is tired of waiting for the "Greatest Show on Earth", and decides to order an Xecuter chip from
system-mods.com.
10/17/03 - My friend receives his Xecuter from
system-mods.com and is very pleased with his experience with them.
10/20/03 - Today and still NOTHING from these guys!
My bottomline assessment to anyone looking to buy from these people...

I ordered from these guys around a month ago and still I have not received the items. I sent them an email around the 28th of September and they replied the next day saying this:
"Hi, I apologize for the delay in shipment. We have been moving our offices and shipping was delayed. Your order will be shipped out early in the week and you will be notified of the tracking number."(September 29th)
So I waited a week later still no item. I then emailed them again, saying that if I don't receive the item within a week from now I will report it to my credit card firm and IFCC(Internet Fraud Complaint Center) Still no reply.
Now I have waited for 22 days and still no item. So I emailed then saying this:
"Hi, This is the third time I email you guys about my order. It's been almost a month that I have placed an order at your site and paid via my credit card. Still I have not received my items that I have ordered. You guy emailed me on September 29th that you will be shipping it out early that week. Now it is October 21. Thats 22 days I have waited for my items. I know it doesnt take that long to ship from Canada to the United States. Please tell me whats going on so I would know what to do. If you guys do not have the items in stock then please refund the full amount I have paid so that I can go buy it elsewhere."
Two hours later they finally replied and said this:
"Your order will be shipped with USPS this week. We apologize for the delay there was some issue's at the manufacturing facility that have been worked out. There was a temporary delay in our weekly shipments. All sites are out of stock of these chips, we will be getting them in this week and shipping out all orders at that time.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment."
I will wait until Monday and by then, if I don't receive the items, I'll just do a chargeback on my credit card go buy it elsewhere.
Well I hope this helps someone out if they were wondering if they should buy from this site.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Its a shame there are sites like theirs. Was able to get my money back(like pulling teeth). Had to do some research though with there company to figure out who they really where though.
Ended up gettn one with the modchipman (hes the shizznittle)

I am having major problems and I am looking for help.
I order my chips about a month ago. It took about 2 weeks just to ship them. Than UPS lost the dam chips!!!! I have now waited about 60 days for this order which is about 1/4 your fault and 3/4 UPS's fault. Regardless you have my money and I don't have my chips. Please fight with UPS for the cost of the replacment chips and overnight them to me now. I have emailed over and over again and received zero answer.

i have sent about a dozen emails and not one of them has been replied. i have ordered an xecuter 2.2 lite and a programmer from them in september. only one month later did my package arrive but only the chip was in there not the programmer.
sent them emails complaining but not a single reply.
if they dont send the programmer by the end of this month, i am going to ask for a refund.

I know how you all feel.. It's really a shame.
I ordered a chip from them X2.2 Pro, on October 2nd. It never arrived. After repeatedly ignored e-mails I submitted a refund request earlier today and will never shop with them again. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.
I'm a little wary now, of all vendors because of this incident, but that's not really fair. I've decided to try again and have placed an order with system-mods. So far so good there, already received the autoreply, and hopefully I'll know more tomorrow.
NO response to repeated e-mails, no product ever arrived, I was charged immediately though. As far as a grade goes, they just got an F. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

I don't have a problem with them. Service and shipping was great. The first chip I've ordered took about a week and shortly after I ordered 2 more chips for my friends. I placed the order on a Thursday and got it the followwing Monday. I was pretty impressed with my second order. I would buy from them again.

i bought an Xecuter 2.2Lite from xbox-modchips.com early September 2003. I recieved it a couple days later. The chip just wouldn't flash for some reason. So the head honcho over at xbox-modchips told me to send it back in. If there was something wrong with the chip they would replace it. But if there wasn't they would charge me $15cdn and send back the chip. So I sent the chip back to them on the 29th of September. I emailed the tracking # to the guy over at xbox-modchips.com. But it was the wrong tracking number. Some idiot at Canada Post gave me to slips of paper with 2 different tracking #'s on it. One of the sheets was small and contained my shipping information(insurance, signature sticker, etc.) The other sheet was a carbon copy of the destination information. So I went to canadapost.ca and punched in the correct tracking # and it stated that xbox-modchips recieved my chip on the 1st of October. So it's 28 days later and I'm still waiting for confirmation that they recieved my chip. They certainly have because someone signed for it!!! I emailed them 3 times last night and they have still not replied. I just want my Fu#$ing chip! It seems as though these guys have ripped me off!!!

This site sucks. Don't order from them. I ordered my x2.2PRO and Pogo Pin adaptor from them over 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them yet. I gave up after 2 weeks and ordered another chip and adaptor from system-mods and got my them within four days. I have e-mailed xbox-modchips 6 time and have gotten no response. I tried to call them on the 888 number but get no answer. I called paysystems to cancel the order an was told that it could take up to 2 months to get my money back. My credit card company said that they would give my money back if xbox-modchips dont.
Take my warning dont place an order with these people. They dont know what customer service is.

Just give up on these cons. I've been waiting for mines since September 24th. They kept making up excuses over and over and saying that they will send them(the items) out this week, then this week again, and again. Replies to your email maybe once a week or two after you sent them an email if you're lucky. Just get your refund back how ever you paid them by. If by CC then call your CC company and do a charge back and if you used "mypaysystems" then just request a refund. It'll take up to 10-14 business days though

. "Your Canadian source of XBOX Mods" my a$$. More like "Your Canadian source for ripping you off". Fcuking theives.

xbox-modchips.com is the WORST site ever! i ordered my chip 3weeks ago and e-mailed them 3times with no response. i tried to be patient, but no response to e-mails is just bad business ethics. they offer NO customer support and absolutely do not give a F*** about their customers. i feel as they are a scam and if you want to be scammed then try ordering from them.

Damn. This is dissapointing. I placed an order tuesday and have only recieved one automated e-mail. I e-mailed them and told them that if they didn't send me a email that confirms my order has been shipped by tommorow night (with valid tracking #), i am filing a complaint with my credit card and mypaysystems.com. I'm pissed. This is my first modding experience and it's already going down the shitter.
P.S. I ordered a 120 GB hard drive the same day from a different site and recieved it today, i've got nothing to do with it though...

Well, this was my first purchase from xbox-modchips.com and they won't respond to my emails either, but they sure took my money. I have just sent a message to all the email address's listed on their website and carbon coppied the Canadian Better Business Bureau as well as a threat to pursue domain name suspension on the grounds of fraud which I intend to do, should they not respond adequately. Add my name to the list. I ordered an Xecuter 2.2 pro from them on October 4th, 2003.
After emailing them several times, I received a reply on the 16th stating that all sites were out of these chips, but my order would be shipped out during the next week.
I have not heard anything from them since, so I decided to try to get a refund through mypay...
I probably won't get a refund, but it's worth a try anyway...
I think people reading this should buy from some other web shop, or locally...

I sent xbox-modchips an email requesting to cancel my order after no response, no ship, and applied for a refund at mypaysystems. I then headed over to modchipman.com and emailed them asking their estimated ship times, I received an email back from modchipman.com saying if I placed an order with them today that I would have it no later than thursday..... sounds like modchipman is the MAN if he delivers!!!
Anyway... DO NOT go to www.xbox-modchips.com they WILL rip you OFF, guaranteed!

Update on my order from these guys. Nothing....I did recieve an email after I requested a refund throu MyPaySystems....about a week later I got an email telling me that all the sites are out of stock and that it was a issue with the manufacturer.
Obviously not true since I have since ordered from modchipman.com and am expecting arrival today or tomorrow or so.
Anyways. MyPaySystems said that this was an acceptable excuse as why I hadn't recieved anything in over a month.
So now I have gone to my bank and they are removing the charge.
Once again...please stay away all....you are gonna get burned if you buy from these people.

What's the point in paying $10 or $15 to ship
a small chip if it's gonna get there months later .. ?? The least they could do is send an

I spoke with mypaysystems.com and they are issuing me a refund as the vendor did not respond to mypaysystems enquiries. They said it wouldn't show up on my cc for 10-15 days though... But on a lighter note, my Xecuter2.2 pro with pogo I ordered 2 days ago from modchipman.com should be in the mailbox today as my local post office said they received it in at 4am this morning (and the shipping was only just over 4 dollars!!). WooHoo way to go modchipman!!!

Ok, from my perspective, communication has been good. Yes there does appear to be a shortage of X2.2 Pro, but I'll wait until next week. I'm not going to panic just because of a few posts. I have already worked a suitable compromise in the event the Pro does not come in. I'll run a follow-up later in the week with how things work out for all to see.

Well I guess I am not the right person for anyone to ask for a review of my experience with Xbox-Modchips.com but they asked for it so here it is..
It was one of the worse experiences I have ever had ordering online. It took 6 weeks to get my order which was a Xcuter Pro with pogo. I sent them numerous emails like

and either wouldn't get a reply or I would get a date it would ship. The date given was always false.. I finally sent a final note email stating I would cancel my order if I didn't get it. I received it within 2 days of send my final notice. I don't know if they are just understaffed or just dropping the ball but I have a hard time recommending them.

....they never said they were out of stock....but that didn't stop them from taking my money anyways.....

i ordered a x2.2pro from them on 10/4, at about 10/20 i emailed them and they didn't reply, on 11/4 i called the cc company and tried to get my money back, today i got a confirmation that the $51 has been deducted from the bill. i dont recommend them at all.

a call .. they will harrass xbox-modchips for you and

they shipped the x-ecuter on October 28 and I received it November 11, the shipping took 2 weeks, but that is normal using Canda Post because I live in Puerto Rico.
Conclusion; they shipped the product, but had no communication at all.
the seller had to improve this ASAP

I too wish I had found out about this forum before I ordered a pro chip from xbox-modchips.com I did a search on the web and I found some good reviews about them but now that I look back they were all out dated sites with out dated reviews. Any way I wrote xbox-modchips.com and I never got a response, so I contacted my paysystems and was issued a refund. I was told by my paysystems that it would take 2 to 15 days to process my refund. I hope I will receive my refund.
Question is Easy buy a safe place to order? I'm also lookin for a PS2 chip.

Well Finally after 10 emails they said they finally sent me my modchip today.....hopefully there not Bull Sh*ting and I receive it......
they did give me a tracking number
and they did reply to my emails in Ok...just ok...fashion.
Wish I knew another dealer in Canada to by from...
if anyone knows anybody....send me a message.

Ok, here's the time line.
Nov 4th
I orderd a 2.2 Pro chip from xbox-modchips.com and received a thank you for your purchase notice the same day from them. And was charged from my paysystems.
Nov 6th I never received a tracking number so I wrote xbox-modchips.com about it and never got a responce.
Nov8th
I found this forum and got worried about my order and decided to ask for a refund.
Nov 9th
I requested a refund from MY Paysystems.
Nov 15th
I received a refund notice from My Pay System, stating that I would receive a full refund in 2 to 15 days
And today Nov18th I finally received an email from xbox-modchips.com And get this, they said that my product was shiped today and they also gave me a tracking number. And to top it off the number they gave doesn't work!! What's going on here?
Needless to say I am confused as to what exactly is going on here. I will let you know what happens. If I do receive my refund or if by chance I do receive my chip from an un known tracking number.

I got a tracker number too....and guess what...it's been three day and canada post say the tracking number doesn't exist.....
Those Bastards....i'll never by from them again....i might as well order another one...cuz i know i'm not gonna get this one....that's ok though
....my son like have to go without pamper and milk for a while...
