I bought 2 Xeniums from Xbox-wired and paid for 2 day mail, and I got exactly what I paid for and got it within 2 days.
I had sent about 3 emails asking different questions and they were quick and courteous and answered my questions.
I will be buying more Xenium's shortly, and I will be buying them from www.xbox-wired.com. Thanks guys. You do business the right way.

Just purchased two(2) Xeniums w/Chameleon solderless adaptors.
Order was placed Monday. Accidentally ordered both as single purchases, but they combined and only charged me single shipping - EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Order was received yesterday, Thursday (3 days) via UPS. FAST!
Installed one of the chips last evening - a breeze! Used their online manuals to get the job done easily!
NOTE - Xenium, when booting to its own OS, may not like third party controllers (hangs boot at Xenium screen, never gets to same w/pic of controller)! Even at the OS1.1 level! It does not like my MadCatz controllers. So use an MS controller when booting to the OS and/or setting it all up. If booting direct to the one of bios banks, this is not an issue.
Thanks
http://xbox-wired.com for an absolutely perfect buying experience!

Ok i have not gotten my chip yet but i'm am extremely impressed already. I ordered my first xenium from divineo (i know boooo) and it took me almost two weeks to recieve for $66 US. I had some unexpected problems with my brothers box and decided to order another xenium for temp use in his box and to install for someone else later. So I went to xbox-wired last Friday night late. My chip was sent out first thing monday and I really hope it gets here before i leave for a big vacation on wednesday, but as far as I can say xbox wired is top notch service and my future XENIUMS will be purchased through them. You guys are great oh and I was able to get two day ups shipping for under $62 US. Goodbye Canada Post!! Thanks xbox wired!

P.S. I LOVE MY XENIUM!!
P.S.S. I LOVE MY XENIUM WITH FAST SHIPPING EVEN MORE!!!!

I just have great things to say about their service. I ordered a premod from their site and was surprised by the low prices and even better was the low shipping. I was delighted that I received my Premod the next day!!! It has worked flawlessly and have recommended this them to everyone I know. Thanks a lot guys. I really appreciate it. Great Job!!!

Great communication and speed.

I'm just getting into modding my Xbox... first time for any console modding. I was nervous about ordering my Xenium from somewhere reputable, and even more apprehensive with the recent clones shipping from "official" resellers.
Well, I'm happy to say that Xbox-Wired.com is completely on the up-and-up! I placed my order on 3/18/2004, just before 3:30 pm EST, paying with PayPal. At 10:15 pm EST on that same day (yes, just 7 hours later!) I got a shipment notification, including UPS tracking number. I received my chip today (3/25/04), safely packed and it's 100% geniune! They even included a wire for the D0 connection. I couldn't be more relieved!
And FYI- The Xenium chip looks like it's very high quality. Great solders all around and everything looks perfect. I can't wait to install, but I want to wait until this weekend so I'm not messing around inside the Xbox after a long workday.
Anyway, thanks, Xbox-wired.com! You've made the first step and easy one!

I Sent in my Xbox For a Xenium And a Samsung Drive. Were Out Of Xeniums. Was Told I Could Have a Executer 2.3 Or Wait a Week For Xeniums To Get in Stock. Its been about 3 Weeks. Ive Emailed and They Have Had Alright Communication. Dont Answer my questions in detail. Finally Responded Saying that he would install a chip then send me another chip when it got in stock. I emailed back asking what type of chip would b installed and also when it would be shipped. No response. On their website they said it would be open may 1st its the second. Cant get ahold of them. Wont answer phones. Wont respond to e-mails. If you guys get this i just need to know whats going on with my Xbox. When i will get it... Ive been Very patient. They would b top notch if they had better communication. From the reviews ive read i dont think they are going to stiff me but..at the same time im not sure.....

I ordered a Xenium chip from www.xbox-wired.com some months ago. I recieved the chip, but upon installation it was giving me a hardware error. After talking to some people, we concluded that it was probally the chip. So I got in contact with the ownwer of xbox-wired, asked if he could help me out, and he agreed to send me a replacement chip after he tested my chip out. I packaged it all up and sent it off to him. He didn't respond for two weeks after he recieved the chip, and even then I had to contact him first. I asked what he had decided on, and his only reply was "I'll send you a new chip when we have them in stock." - this was two months ago. I've sent him numerous other messages, and he's replied once more. I told him he was leaving all his customers in the dark, people were complaining about his site left and right, and he wasn't updating his news. I told him that it didn't take two months to get a shipment in, and even then they would give a date as to when the shipment would reach the store. Something just isn't right I told him. I've asked for a refund or a chip, and now he's ignoring me.
Now I read this thread and find out that his shop is closed, and he won't be recieving a shipment anytime soon. If that's the case, I just want a refund. It's been two months! This is ridiculous.
My total came to 55.55 for everything, and even though it's not an insanely large sum, I am a college student....I had to set aside money for that for quite a few weeks, and anyone at all would be angered by losing 55.55.

I bought a Xenium Chip from Xbox-wired on february 19. I recevied the chip about a week after that(Wich was good because I live in Norway).
There were no problems then, I
WAS satisfied with the shop at that time. No problems then...
But five months later, I found that someone have taken mony from my mastercard, $1848 and $207,75.IT WAS THE Xbox-wired shop, and on the xbox-wired site it just say:
Coming back soon & better than ever
<---Yea with my mony..!!!
I haven`t anything from Xbox-wired after that Xenium chip.
So this is a warning to all people who plan on doing buisniess whit xbox-wired OR Michael Motamni, DON`T!!

I ordered a Xenium from Xbox-Wired six months ago. The chip didn't work upon installation, so I resent it with the agreement that the owner was to replace the chip. He never sent a replacement chip, then posted a BS post on his website saying he wasn't ordering any new chips until an undecided date. He ignored all e-mails I sent to him. He has yet to send me a refund OR a replacement chip. I've sent him tons of e-mails, and he has responded to maybe two of them in the beggining. Now he completely ignores me. This was SIX months ago, and he has 55.55 of MY money, and he's ignoring my e-mails. What I want to know is it new management that's opening, or old management? If it's the old management, how is this guy still in business? I've heard from several other people that the same thing was happening to them, and one of them actually got a chip after constant harassment.
All I want is my money back.....It's not like I can afford to just go out and buy a new chip, especially now. I have to pay for college classes

Sorry that this is my first post but I feel I should let the community know about what happened with me
I purchased a premodded xbox from xbox-wired.com approx 4 months ago.. when I received it it was not in working condition and I had it promptly sent back to xbox-wired and sent them an email to expect it.
Now I receive no response from them about receiving the unit or anything for about 2 weeks. Then i write them a mail asking status and I get a reply "oh so thats yours we were wondering whose it was".. I then reply back asking them to fix it asap and send it back to the given address
Months pass, I send several emails and I get NO RESPONSE whatsoever.. until approx 3-4 weeks ago when I get a response saying the company is under new management and they know nothing of this deal.. since then they have been dilly-dallying saying they cannot do anything and are "asking" for my xbox back from the previous owners
I honestly dont care whos managing the company, it shouldnt matter to a customer, I paid for my xbox, i received a defective piece, I sent it back and did not receive a working one. I consider this company a fraud.
Please advise on what course of action I should pursue

Xbox-Wired.com is currently under new management as of early July.
We have yet to open up shop as we are still in the process of properly setting up our operation.
It has been brought to our attention through various sources that a former owner of XBOX-WIRED, which is no longer affiliated in any way with XBOX-WIRED.com has been passing fraudulent charges on past customers credit cards.
We have been in contact with many people regarding this scam including the Credit Card companies that were used by this fraudster.
We encourage everyone to promptly, if they havent already, issue a chargeback ASAP for the amounts that were fradulantly charged to their credit cards.
If anyone needs additional information for your credit card company when filling a claim please contact us via PM or preferably email at sales@xbox-wired.com and we will gladly share any and all information that we have available to us.
Thank you,

@ udalmia.
I not sure of the possibilties you have, since I live in Norway, but here in Norway we have a consumer office that is managed by the government to help consumers...maybe you have somethinge like this in the US?
My problem have been sorted out for me by my creditcard company. Don`t know what they did, but they told me to ignore those transactions and they would check it out.
I hope they hold the company and/or the persons behind it responsable, and take legal actions!
After all there are thousands of these cases were creditcards have been abused.
Now I know I have to be more careful with were I use my card! Learnd the hard way.
Apologies for spelling and gramatic errors, I am after all norwegian.

Hey guys,
I just had a bad experience with these guys over Xbox-Wired. I purchased a chip and two weeks later they charged my card, but I have received no confirmation or reply to my ( 10 emails I sent them) or returning any of my phone calls. It seems to me that they have gone out of business. I think xbox-scene should stop advertising for them and encouraging their sales. If an XBox-Scene reads this, please review the previous posts to see how these guys are ripping us off.
thanks
I do not have the Order number. I posted it in a previous message here about a week ago and it has not been approved, so I guess I am writting again to make sure you guys can read before buying from these guys.

WTF, I read the first couple of pages in this topic, and everything looks good until I get here, and www.xbox-wired.com is a POS. IT'S THE SAME FOR ME TOO! I have no tracking number, I have no modchip, THIS IS GETTING REDICULUS! SOMEONE WRITE UP A "BAN THIS SITE FROM EVER OPERATING AGAIN" petition or something. People, don't waste your money on this site. It's caused nothing but false promises to all the people on this page. I paid an extra 18.00 for overnight shipping and it's been 3 days. They haven't emailed me, they haven't answered any calls, SO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Oh, and lGatekeeperl, Don't tell me you DID email me because you didn't, I have one in my inbox, the reciept. If I don't get my modchip (Xenium ICE) in the next 24 hours, I'm canceling my transaction. And by the way, I've called the number posted on your site, IT DISCONNECTED ME!

For the love of GOD! This company should be shut down. I've recieved no emails of tracking numbers, I've called 4 times, no reply (It said I was disconnected) I emailed 3-4 times, no reply. I'm getting tired of waiting, this chip is the only thing that will fix my xbox, and lGatekeeperl, don't you dare tell me that you sent emails, cause I have my Outlook Express up right now, refreshing every minute, and you haven't sent a thing, nor have you accepted any of my calls. I see no reason why your site should be kept on the web. This was my first modding experience and you've ruined it for me. Now I'm all worried about what happens to my DEBIT, yes that was a DEBIT card not a CREDIT card (thought it has a credit 'visa' option). I've waited 48 hours just for a freaking chip, and you don't do sh**. This is getting rediculous.

Gives us folks out here a false sense of security of reputable sites.
Hopefully Canadien law inforcement will get involved and they'll see some time in jail this Christmas.
This was a part of a long overdue present for my two little boys. They've been wanting a X-BOX to go with their Game Cube. They worked really hard all year on their schooling, chores, and rooms and so I wanted to give the best I could. These guys will burn at xbox-wired.com for this crap.

This is BS, I made an order to this company on Nov.22nd, '05 and have not received my order to date 12-03-05. I sent emails to sales@xbox-wired.com and have not received any reply. This is clearly internet fraud and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. My order # is 10139106

I sent a couple emails, no replies. I tried calling, no answer, but I'm on PST time, so I'll try calling tomorrow. But so far, nothing. I'm gonna see if my bank will return the funds if I can't get a hold of them by tomorrow.
Has anyone heard anything about their own orders yet?

Let me first apologize to the moderators here for posting to multiple discussion threads but I finally found the correct thread and feel free to move or remove my other postings on the other threads.
So here's my situation:
Order ID: 10165486
Date: Thursday, November 24, 2005. 7:37:21 PM.
Chip:Ordered Xenium Ice.
It is Dec 13 and I still havn't heard from these people and I obviously don't have my chip. I did recieve a confirmation e-mail but never a shipping id. They don't respond to any of the e-mails on their website, and the BS phone # doesn't work on their website. I have contacted my credit card company about these people, and I have sent messages to the forum moderators here including HSDEMONZ and XANTIUM asking them to remove this Bull Shit company from their sponsor list since they are obviously scamming us. I have since ordered the S.P. Ice from Divenio and recieved the chip the NEXT day (big props to Divenio!). My new chip from Divenio is installed and I'm quite the happy camper, BUT a refund from "Xbox-Wired.com" will upgrade my harddrive quite nicely. I hope my credit card company can resolve this, and I hope the moderators have the
sack to STEP UP and remove this sponsor, as "Xbox-Wired.com" is tainting this awsome web site.
HSDEMONZ was kind enough to respond today:
QUOTE
A few days ago I started the process "cleaning" up some bullshit shops in BST and WEBSHOP forums, and became aware of the growing issue with XBOX WIRED and wasn't pleased with the current amount of upset members who seem to not be able to get any info or communication with XBOX-WIRED.
Xantium and I are aware of the growing situation, and we're investigating. If we do find it is a systemic and growing problem you can rest assured they won't be a welcome sponsor for long.
However, I will give them at least a cursory benefit of a doubt for now and hope that all current outstanding issues members are having with them will be amicably resolved shortly.
I can't forward any contact info at this time. That might change though. I recommend that anyone with issues with www.xbox-wired.com continue to post in the WEBSHOP thread so that we can continue to monitor the situation. Post with order numbers and as much info as you can possibly add.
While XS is not responsble for any transactions with shops, sponsors or otherwise, we don't want to see anyone get ripped off.
I do recommend that anyone with long standing issues with any shop, and have uses payment methods like VISA or PAYPAL to contact them and investigate your options. Time is usually of the essence.
We will do what we can from our end to help sort this. It might not be much though.

Xbox-Wired Has been removed from XS pending a full investigation. I recommend, that anyone still having outstanding issue and not satisified with the non-responsiveness of that shop contact their CC company or Paypal or whatever and file a complaint, For fraud, etc.. and possibly contact your local authorities.
I do hope the This shop isn't yet another that roll over and ran off with peoples funds. I'm still hopeful that some of you will get some satisfaction. All the facts regarding this shop aren't all in yet so I won't condemn them completely. Yet.

Order# 10260103
My chips never came. Two days after I placed the order(Dec 1st), the charge was posted to my CC account. I was charged the cost of shipping the chips to Europe although I live in the US. I made the mistake of picking the incorrect shipping option. I tried to contact them and make the correction with no luck. You would think if the chips were shipped they would have caught it…. Not!
As soon as the charge was posted my credit card was contacted and they issued a credit pending a reply from Xbox-Wired
Anyone who used their credit card to place the order should keep a close eye on their account…I am!.
Thumbs up to bmmods.com..
Backup chips came in time for Christmas. My nephews will have a blast on Christmas… No thanks to the Xbox-Wired --- scrooge \ crooks

My credit card company has credited my account for the charges from Xbox-Wired.com . I haven't heard any details as the dispuit process with my credit card company is handled online. I'm glad it only took two weeks. A few more of these dispuits and maybe the powers that be will see a trend and shut these people down. Thanks to the moderators HSDEMONZ and Xantium for stepping up. Big thanks to Divenio for sending my S.P. Ice mod chip the next day. I hope everyone was successful as me in getting a refund from Xbox-Wired.com. Happy Modding!!
