Hey what happend to all the posts that where on here b4? Oh Well, so I got my replacement XBOX premod 3 days (good looking Nolga) after I recieved the wrong one. The XBOX works great and it came in perfect condition, though it was suppose to come with a Controller S like it says on the box. Instead it came with one of those bulky XBOX controllers. Oh yeah, and where's the Matrix skin you promised me Nolga for making me wait so long (60 days) and originally sending me the wrong premod? Other than that, they've been really good at getting back to me everytime I ask them a question, and now I see that they're building their premods b4 they put them in stock, good one SMT. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Oh yeah and one more thing, I want my small controller and my skin. You promised Nolga. I don't care if I have to send you back this bulky thing.

Note: Old rating thread of system-mods was deleted because of another mod site (which I will not name here), was trying to give SMT a bad name using several fake nicknames. We have solid IP-logs to prove this if needed. This was uncalled for, and unfair to SMT. So due to this, we have decided to just start the thread over again, to keep it fair.

That is why they restarted the entire thread. This should teach people a lesson that X-S has theire eyes open and are monitoring this section of the forums. ok im wondering im savinf for a new pre-modded xbox in 3 months will you guys have something like this?:

I ordered an X2.1 lite from SMT approx 11PM EST on June 09, 2003. Order processed following morning I assume.Shipped out on the 11th. Received my chip on the 13th because I chose 2day air. Shipping excellent.

Packaged in bubble wrap, in envelope. Packaging adequate,no problem.

No instructions in box . Thank the gods for Xbox-scene tutorials! Sorry guys, you get a poor on no included instructions, but someone can get help in channel #SMT on EFNET.

Installation was pretty easy accept for the FREAKIN D0 point! I first tinned the wires after opening box removed hard drive and dvd player. I then soldered the D0 point like it said in one of the tutorials. It went on smooth as butter. While moving the chip around to start soldering the other wires, I accidently yanked the D0 wire off. After about 25minutes of trying the D0 point and not getting it, I decided to solder all the other wires and leave the D0 for last. Easily did all the other wires, got a drink(to settle the nerves, lol), then tried D0 again and didn't even realize that it had soldered until a slight tug on wire stayed. Tested out switch. YESSS!!! Flashed to something other than Cromwell and again, everthing works! I also put Xbox media player on, running RELAX, and I love it.

If you take your time, FOLLOW THE TUTORIALS, ASK QUESTIONS in #SMT (AFTER you have read the tuts) , there isn't any reason why anyone shouldn't be able to install their own Xecutor.
I will be ordering at least two more chips for family members. thanks a lot SMT.

To answer your quesiton:
We are only going to be doing 10gig and 120gig mods from now on, the samsung drive option is on there, and the skin you can just add to the cart. Right now we are not doing any neon lights or painted systems.

Just the website for prices, its listed. But again no 80gig drives.

I am most likely going to order from SMT cuz of the price and quality. I here a lot of good things... I am also intrested in the overnight shipping with ground because i live in Texas. I have been checking the site to see if the X2.1 Pros are in stock everyday and a few times a day since Wednesday or Thursday. So... when are they going to be in stock or when can I expect them to be in stock? Thanks a bunch

Ordered Xecuter 2.1 lite on 6/10 and received on 6/14. Very nice chip. I am a little bit disappointed that the chip came with just plastic bubble wrap. Before it came with a beautiful xecuter 2 box with foam padding. So much for paying extra $4 handling fee and not even come in decent packing. Other than that system-mods carry top noch chip. 4 stars, could have given 5 but the packaging suck and could have broken the chip.

just for your FYI. Xecuter does NOT make boxes (with the padded foam) anymore for the chips. The chips come to us in that little see-threw bag. We take the EXTRA step and put them in bubble wrapping to help protect the chip better.

250 2.1 Pros in stock now, selling fast!@!

2.2 Pros will be in stock by sometime next week. Again the only diffence is the 2.2's work on 1.3 XBOX motherboards. Other than that, they are basicly the same.

Also premods (Pros and lites) will be in stock by the end of the week.

Btw, the 2.1/2.2 PROS come in boxes *we just found out*. The 2.1/2.2 LITES do not.

I just ordered my Xecuter 2.1 Pro today (24th) and so far I have been impressed. As soon as I heard on the IRC chat that they were in, I hurried to mother to get her to order . One of the first to order and all seems well. I just a little while ago I got my FedEx tracking number. Could have gotten it earlier, but mother put it on credit card, lol. CODs are processed first, so you are encouraged to do it as said on the site. IRC channel is great, (#smt on EfNet www.efnet.net). Lots of people to help, but they put a lot of bans on people (me) for asking too many questions and talking too much. Other thing I don't like about the IRC channel (at least not today) was that The Console Corner owner joined and KaoS and Nolga argued with him (not professional ). Interesting though... he said SMT ordered their stock of X2.1 Pros from him and SMT said they didn't (I beleive SMT). I told them to stop fighting and another SMT employee told me to stop, same one that put talking bans on me. lol. One reason I ordered from SMT is that they are located in TX and so I should get it tomorrow (25th). I'm happy that they send FedEx and not USPS where it could get damaged. Also happy that I will be getting mine in a box . Only thing I'm not too happy about is the shipping turning out to be $10. But its coming overnight because I live in Texas, so I guess that makes up for the shipping. And KaoS, sorry if you don't like what I say on the shipping and all but just give a reasonable explanation. Oh well... the chips are already so cheap as it is. I would say to definately go with the company if you live in Texas (should have asked Nolga if I could have my mom drive out and I get mine, lol... should be an interesting response). Oh well... I will see tomorrow and update you with its condition and whatnot.

So the staff kicked you, no one banned you to my knowledge.

Also for new people, the channel is open from 10AM-6PM (EST), after that it is +m (muted) so you can't talk. We put this into effect, because allot of customers where coming in during times we where gone, and they where getting mad, that no one was answering them. Or other customers where helping new customers with things they shouldn't be doing in our channel. So basically this lets us monitor the channel better.

I purchased a skin from SMT not too long ago and was very pleased with my purchase. Considering this was really my first online Xbox accessories purchase. There were no problems ordering and it came within a few days. I must say that the best feature on the site is where it won't let you order if they are out of stock. Some sites (modchip.ca) say their "shipping now" when in reality they are out of stock. Five thumbs up.

Well, my chip came 25 hours after I ordered it!!! Well packaged and no damage at all. Came in the nice X2.1 Pro boxes. Very pleased... Although I wasn't able to flash the chip but I was on the IRC channel and KaoS assisted me and all worked well! Great purchase from a great company with great service... what more could i ask for? Seems as though the SMT employees don't like me on the channel... I ANSWER A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE'S QUESTIONS THOUGH!!! lol

I received my Xecuter 2.1 Pro chip in two business days via FedEx 2-day COD as expected. This was my first install and I ran into a couple newbie problems since the 2.1 is designed differently than the 2.0 shown in the online tutorials, but a local installer helped me through it. I'm thrilled with my hacked xbox. Thanks SMT and keep up the exceptional work!

Ordered my second and third chips from them, Shipped within 12 hours of ordering both. GREAT work, and phone support and IRC support and everything. I refuse to order anywhere else. I just wish they could keep things in stock!

I bought a premod PS2 from SMT and recieved it in january. I had heard a great deal of praise about them and was assured they only used real magic 3.1's instead of clones so I chose them. My system worked great until last month (june) when it started making a buzzing sound when reading any disc. I knew this was a sure sign of the laser dying sure enough, 2 days later the laser died, failing ot boot any game. I opened the console up to see if thier was a problem internally and I found...A CLONE CHIP I was taken aback because I was assured in the IRC channel that they never used clones only the real chips, but there it was a blue colored chip with a "ubicon" logo on it (real magic chips are red without the word ubicon on them). Even though they no longer sell ps2's, I question the quality of the products they have now.

The 3.0 Magic chips where indeed BLUE.
The 3.1 Magic chips are indeed RED.

I would have to guess you got a 3.0, not an 3.1 BTW, SMT was not around last January?!? We officially opened in March.

Also the premodded ps2s where always sub contracted threw a third party, they where never done in house. The premodded xboxes are done in house.

There where lots of reasons we got out of the ps2 market. One was the legality of the chips, another was there where sooo many clone chips being produced it was almost impossible to make sure you where getting the correct ones all the time.

Either way, to my knowledge we have never used clone chips (even the old company, that is NOT smt), you had an 3.0 chip, not an 3.1.

well i belive it has been a week or so later.. have not received no reply from Nolga about my x2.1 lite chip that went bad.. sent it to him on Jun/18/2003.. its now July 2/2003 and have not had no reply on my replacment chip being sent back to me..i have sent him a few PMS with no replys.. so i will try here.. not too fond of the RMA staff .. one staff there name *BALLA* lacks customer service value and is extermely close minded and rude..
the guy even suggested that we are not allowed to reflash our chips? what planet is that guy from? why the fuk did i buy a flashble chip if i'm not allowed to reflash it? why didnt i just buy a cheapmod or a xecuter 1 chip then? moron
