no its not the chip nolga shipping back i called fedex and they said its the bill for the first order i made from you that was delivered out on Jun 14 and received by me on jun 16.. it says detailed right on the airbill paper in front of me..

and if nolga shipped my chip back i would get a confirmation reply that it has been shipped no? or is that somthing else SMT lacks do so is inform customers on returns etc?

it also says the package hs been signed by me on JUN 16 2003 at 11:09AM
so i think it comfirms this to be the orginal order i made that you guys screwed up on and compensated me + offered to pay for duties and tax fees..

I didn't know the full info about the air bill, we can refund your credit card for the charges that is no problem. No reason to get upset.

btw we didn't screw up. it took 3 days to send it out (and you did place a CC order so it normaly takes 2 days anyway), a screw up would be like 3 weeks but since you where upset we tired to make you happy.

Also as I said, Nolga is WORKING on the rmas, sorting them out, testing them, getting ready to send them back to customers. We needed more chips to be able to send out replacments RMAs.

wow dude.. we gave you some extra things in your package too if I do remember correctly. You don't need to stress out, you can allways call us, e-mails us, or come to our channel.

We dont do Preorders but the fastest way is fedex overnight which will get to hawai in 1-2 days. Its not guaranteed overnight to hawai and alaska

Got one of their 2.1 pro's as soon as it was in stock. COD was a great option as I live in Canada.

The pro was here in a week and installed easily. The tutorials on xbox-scene were enought to get it soldered in there but I needed the system-mods info to flash. (dip 4 needs to be set to on) otherwise flash protection is enabled.

i bought an printer cable to flash my xbox last week and one week later, FedEx delivered it to my house, it was a very light package, only 0.2 LBS so i open it and i saw a invoice from SystemMods and no cable, so i contact SMT and a guy reply and said, sir it seems like the package has been delivered to me( i already told him there is nothing in the package), so he is calling me a liar if you make mistakes, you correct them not blame on your customer. i still have all the stuff i got from SMT, there is no way the package is going to be 0.2 LBS, if the cable really in the package (I mean come on 0.2 LBS, a printer cable, funny) i bought the printer cable from SMT for $8 and shipping for $9 total $17. also is my first time shopping at SMT site $17 for nothing, and believe me i will never ever buy from them again.

maybe some of you had good shopping experience with SMT, but my sucks

System-Mods is the best. They should be in a category of theire own. I purchased 6 times already 80% of the time my ordered shipped the same day the other 20% was shipped with in 24hr's. Theire Customer Sevice is excellent, they respond to emails very quickly, there is are more than 2 people employeed and they are well organized to make shure some one is always arround, theire channelis great sicne i learned how to mod through there and best of all they use a real Courier (No USPS Crap).

I give system-mods a 15/10. I waited to write a review so i could see if the service held up even when they were swamped and it did.

I only have 1 minor issue. The tracking nummbers should be updated in the cart faster. I got a Shipment Conformation from fedex almost everytime so its not a big deal or a concern even if I didnt get a tracking nummber I would not worry at all im 100% shure it would show up.

BTW xbox-scene is fantastic i just came across it last week. System-mods and xbox-scene what else could you ask for

Hiya peoples. I ordered my chip on the 11th (Friday nite) and they were closed all weekend. No worries though, it is now tuesday afternoon, and my chip is waiting on more solder to be installed.

Great service, it was sent out sunday nite, and here it is at my door in about 40 hours. So i have no complaints.

KaoS answered all of my PMs about my order very quickly...hehehe i feel like a kid in a candy store now that i have my chip. I just wish i hadnt given my solder to a friend, cuz now i have to wait till he gets off work to finish installing it.

Oh well. Thanx SMT...i am trying to talk my friends with Xbox's into buying from yall too. but i have to convince them why they need them. that should be easy now that i have mine.

alright! finally! I heard about system-mods.com from xbox-scene.com (of course) read some of the reviews from this site... then decided to order. So i ordered the xlite2.2 sunday night the 13th with credit card and ground shipping, then it processed and shipped out on tuesday the 15th, and get this, my chip got here today (the 17th) at 1:30p.m.!!! you hear that, I basically got two-day shipping for the price of ground! I couldnt be happier! I thought that the shipping price(while the x2box was nice) was still a little high, i mean $9 to send a tiny little package! oh well, they lowered the price today for $7, but i think it was still worth it cause it only took two days to get here for $9!!! I just cant say enough good things about smt! This was the very first install ive done of any modchip, as well as the very first solder job too! Soldered it in, in about 20 minutes, burned my thumb with the iron a couple time(ouch ) and happily booted it up and voila! there it is the flashbios screen. So after a succesfull flash, i cant say i could be any happier! I highly recommend anyone to order from system-mods.com and i will definetly be telling all my friends about smt and how easy they are to deal with. Another thing.. Their irc channel is awesome! During their office hours there is almost always someone there who will try to help you with whatever problem you have! While some of the people in their have better attitudes than others(some just have a negative outlook and bad attitude it seems like) most of the people in their are very helpfull nice. (and they seem to always remind you that you agreed to not flash your chip with an illegal bios , which i understand )

I have had a shipping error from SMT. I ordered on a Sunday and on Tuesday was given a tracking number for FedEx. I choose ground shipping due to price. I Figured that I would get it by Friday or Monday. Doesn't look like it. FedEx says they printed a label but no package was given to them at all. One Big Thing To Keep In Mind Is That This Company Has Great Resources. I found that on the IRC channel I was given some advice to call FedEx. Called FedEx they told me to call SMT. Now hopefully all the helpful people evil666 and Nogla will find out what ever happened to my order #6274. But I really do appreciate this company since they ACTUALLY care about their customers and servicing them. Many websites would have told me to F*** off and give me the runaround. Thanks for all your help and sooner or later I might recieve my X2.2Lite.
