I ordered a 2.2 Lite from these guys. It got here pretty quickly, however the chip did not come flashed with any bios! I thought I had fried my mobo so I wound up getting another Xbox and installing the chip on there. Thats when I finally figured out that there were no bios on the chip. So I'm a little miffed that I'll either have to find or buy a programmer just to get the chip actually work. Oh well. The shipping and support were pretty good though. I'd still probably buy from them. Just sucks that I have to spend more money on a product I'll probably only use once and shouldn't need to buy.

Dec 1 - place order for 2 X2 2.3 lites w/ 2day air.
Dec 4 - order still "pending". I called them. They said "will be processed that night."
Dec 5 - order still "pending". I called them. Same response. I received email saying "you should receive tracking number tonight or tomorrow."
Dec 8 - No tracking number. Order still "pending." Had to reprocess CC.
Today - order still "pending". No tracking number.

moshmann: Sometimes CC fail to process due to a communication error with your bank. Some of the reasons are CC limit reached or not enough funds in the account. We should have had better communication with you regarding this order therefore i have upgraded your shipping to overnight.

One of the only places ojnline that I could find the new executer 2.3 LITE+ that was shipping so it seems that they are shipping pretty wuickly, about a day after i ordered. Shipping prices seemed fair i'd do bussiness with them again if I need anything else

Edit: Recieved chip on Thursday, it works great! Shipping was amazingly fast, it took two days turnaround for it to get here, and I'm in Canada. Plus, as a bonus, I didn't get charged duty! Only one word sums this purchase up: SWEET!!!!!

WeeDnaMesE : what i do is i call fedex once i receive my tracking nummber and ask for them to hold it at the nearest fedex location and go pick it up after work.

Aristotle: the ticket system got heavily spammed again. When ever this happens and our techs respond to emails it sends them blank. well, there was a post a while ago that was a bit negative.. dunno if it's still there, but I made another purchase through Nolga at SMT and this is the review for this purchase. bulk order of 25 xecuter 2.3 lite chips. Went fairly smoothly, there was a little kink with the money wire getting confused with someone elses but Nolga fixed it by covering for special FedEx Saturday delivery so I could get my chips in time. So far I've gone through 10 and flashed them, work very well (little odd things here and there that aren't related to the chips). Thanks again and this time I hope to be doing business with you in the very near future since my 25 chips are already down to 15 and still going fast.

Warning, I recived a DOA xecuter 2.3 lite from system-mods. I am an experienced isntaller so I know it wasn't a mis install, I tried it on 2 differnt xbox's and both did not work. THe first one was a 1.5 and the 2nd was a 1.0


So the chip must be broken, or it had initial cromwell flash... Either way I can't do anything and I am waiting for system mods to reply....

We use Fedex International Priority 1-2 day service which retails for $25 to Canada and $30 to anywhere else but we only charge $15 To canda and mexico and $22 fro the rest of the world. If you see any other Shop whom uses Fedex and has a cheaper international rate let me know. The only places whom have cheaper rates is shops that ship witht he united states piece of crap postal service which in a International shipment bounces through mutiple couriers and gets lost or stollen most of the times. Wouldnt you radther you package be handled by 1 company instead of 1 in ea country it has to go through.

We will have a new tutorials section after new years. We also have all the jewesl that are currently out on the market instock just have not had any time to add them to the cart. I also set up an account with a Casemod company they just took over 2 months to approve the account. All and all we will have it all going after new years.

I have placed three orders with SMT and have been very pleased with SMT. Fed Ex is a whole different story!

Order # 18625: Fed Ex could not find my home. You need to file a claim with Fed-Ex for my first order as I had to drive 80 miles to pick up my package. No reason SMT should be charged the shipping (or me for that matter), order #18625.

Order # 19908: Fed Ex still could not find my home. I spent at least 2 hours on the phone with Fed Ex giving directions on three occasions. After a weeks delay and much hand holding, they finally delivered my programmer.

Order # 22314: Fed Ex is now going to deliver my package to my work address (I hope) as they are incompetent and will not deliver properly to my home address. I hate Fed-Ex!!!!

I would recomend SMT to anyone and will continue to place orders from them as you can see from above!

I am not that impressed with SMT. I ordered a chip last Wednesday and paid the $16 to have overnight delivery to Canada. It is now a week later and I still have not received the chip, a tracking number or even a reply to any of my emails. I don't think that's good service at all. I haven't heard too many bad reviews about SMT... that's why I don't understand this.

We preclear the packages with the type of forms we use so that they dont stay at customs for more than a feew hours. Preclearing packages has a lengthy form thats the reason for the delay. We have two people doing internationals. Myself and balla do them arround the clock and im going to drink a gallon of coffee and get them all done.
