Bought a Matrix ModChip from there a couple'o weeks ago, got it delivered in 3 weeks I think by FedEx (it sucks in The Netherlands, FedEx that is) and it looked good...
It was also one of the cheapest I could find, payed using PayPal...
PayPal is pretty nice, they convert the currency for you , but you don't have to do the $1.95 CreditCard Validation thingie I guess...

Ordered a Chameleon on monday August 11th. As of Wednesday August 20th I have still not received order confirmation or a tracking number. I have emailed sales@gamebuy.com twice, on August 13th and August 18th and have not received a reply. Very unimpressed with service here.

Issue is now being resolved.

This business grew a little faster on me than I thought.
But whenever there has been an issue I resolved all problems including sending new units out or full reimbursmant. I have been selling these chips for about 9 months now. And this is the first posted complaint. Not bad I think

As he said, the issue has been resolved, and from what I've read with less hassle than many other sellers. As it is, my only complaint is the delayed/lack of response to email inquiries, though with a heavy business load on a relatively small company that's understandable. I've had better online purchasing experiences, but I've had far worse as well.

Great place to buy chameleons, great guy to work with, had one problem but that was totaly out of his control. I would definetly recommend buying from gamebuy.com. They have the cheapest place to buy chameleons. $53.00 shipped w/ solderless adapter.

I have just ordered from gamebuy 2 days ago and have yet to even get an email from them saying anything about my order. I hope i don't get screwed that chip cost me $57.00. If you still read this board gamebuy.com please pm me.

I ordered a Chameleon on November 30th. No email was recieved from them regarding the order. After sending an email to ask about the status of the order, I recieved one saying that the seller was having trouble with the supplier, and that pending orders would be shipped out on 12/11. Since then I have not recieved any shipping confirmation, and my last email has not been responded to.

The item cost me $57 in total.

I filed a complaint with paypal and got a refend from GameBuy.com

A little communication or even a site update would have been nice.

On November 28, 2003, I ordered a Chameleon v1.3 modchip with solderless adapter. I've sent SEVERAL emails to the owner of gamebuy.com with no response, except for the one that L-ShapedTetrisBlock mentioned. I still have not received my modchip.
