I definitely recommend this webshop. Service, speed of delivery and answering of my mails was excellent. I ordered my Matrix saturday may 10th, received an 'order is being processed' mail the day after (sunday), got another mail ('your order was shipped') on wednesday (3 days later) and I received my modchip on friday, may 16. I sent them a mail with a question and got a reply within the hour.

All in all, it took 6 days to arrive -- not bad considering the order was shipped overseas (to Belgium).

These guys don't f*ck around. Customer service, inquiry reply, and speed of service were all excellent. I highly recommend them. When they say something ships within 24 hours, they actually mean it.

I ordered a premod ps2 with a dms3 chip from them. A few bumps in the beginning but I ended up getting exactly what I ordered in about 6 days.

Actually Only thing is they lowered the price on this premod like 2 days after I ordered and I asked them if i could get that price since they didnt let me know if my order was proccessed yet so i figured why not. The person who emailed me said he would see what he can do but never got back to me even when I sent other emails. He kind of ignored my inquiries about that one question and answered everything else....

..but they did supply me with what they said they would so they are a good business.

Ordered an X-2lite from them and received my chip 3 days after processing. 100% satisfied customer!

Ordered a premodded Xbox and absolutely NO PROBLEMS. Definitely recommended. Prices are good, and there are many deals. The customer service is exceptional. I have made dozens of online orders, and I would actually say this would be in the top 3 most satisfactory (even compared to the big companies). If you are thinking about ordering something from this site, stop thinking and just order it. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I ordered a so-called "in stock"chip from them,2 day shipping, took three weeks to arrive. But to be honest, iv come to expect that shit from these people that run these sites as their "hobby". eb-games should take over this shit

EDIT:I recently arrived back from vacation and my things had arrived. I recieved a X2.1Lite instead of an X2.0Lite . They said it was actually the pogo pins that were holding up the order.

www.modchipman.com is an AWESOME site!! Ordered X2 Lite on a Sat. got the chip on Weds. These guys a fast and on point! the best I've dealt with so far.

I ordered a Matrix chip from Updatesystem.com and it took 4 1/2 weeks after theats of contacting my CC company and reporting them. They told me it shipped 4 times but wouldn't give me a tracking #. A terrible site.

Easybuy2000, these clowns, gave a big ass runaround for a matrix chip. After 3 weeks of waiting they told me to send ID. I,m not cool with faxing my Drivers Lic. and coping my CC both sides for these assholes.

So, My experience has been www.modchipman.com SO FAR are the best!

Very slow response time to emails. It literally takes weeks before I receive any type of response to any emails.

ordered 3 ps2 magic 3.1 chips and 2 xbox matrix chips.
i made my other through their IRC channel, got my chips 3 days later

well well well, reading these reviews, im happy - but with the 2 bad ones... i'm not. i order about 10 modchips every 2 weeks from modchipman.com, they ALWAYS get here 2-3 days after i order them(depending what time i process the order) after bouncing from supplier to supplier, i bounced to mmc and now im sticking with em'. i'd definitly give modchipman.com my best retailer award!

Can't fault them, delivery times are outstanding.

You don't know how to fucking order and you are going to blame that on them?

Anyhow if your mail carrier knows what he's doing you'll get your package, otherwise it will be sent back to them and you'll have to pay shipping again to get it back.

Yeah, don't knock them. I just recently placed my second order, and there was a PayPal problem that was totally my fault. Modchipman went totally out of his way to work with me and get me my stuff quickly. This really is the place to deal with. If you haven't already, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. I can only imagine if this were easybuy2000 or some other shitty site. I would have had to fax my drivers license, birth certificate, and send in a semen sample... Modchipman rocks!

1st off i sent the email correcting the apt nuber 5 min after i oredered it witch is plenty of time, they gave me a confermation about a hour later. They sent me a email saying its cool they got the shit yes i did fuck up but sending the email 5 min later gives them time to correct . Now lets see how long it takes to get here. and no im not that fucking dum to not send them a email back saying they apt number and i told u why i fucked that up sry yallz if its that big of a deal. .......i sed if they didnt send shit at all id be pissed ......on a ligher note its a really good site fast easy n all that shit i recommend it.

I bought a modchip from them and went great. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I'd email them and they'd email me within minutes. In a rating from 1-10; I'd give em a 12. I recommend to all.

i place an order using pirority on Friday, how long u guys think i will get it?

Also it looks they are honest on the shipping, some place charge u an arm or leg for shipment, alot of vendors seems give good price on the chip but charge u so much on shipping.

They maybe abit more on the chip compare to other store, but if they reliable i prefer go for this one. I hate some store keep holding your order for weeks!

this sight has great customer service i highly recommend them. Although i still have not been able to flash the damn thing!! I did get it in 4days.....

i place my order about 3 or 4pm friday afternoon, so i guess they really care about their customer.

I guess when price are so competitive these days, the only really make a different is customer service.

I really hope they keep on their good work! I will be shame, if i told my friend to order from them and find out, they are not good. But after i read these 2 page of customer review i make a bet and go for it.

Just placed an order for X 2.1 lite this morning, got an email a few minutes ago saying that it had shipped. I will have to wait and see what shape its in, but so far, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The 2.2 pro and 2.1 pro are in stock, shipping currently.

Just FYI, any foreign orders are sent by global priority or global express, per request. These are fairly inexpensive, and to canada, it takes 3-5 days, to most other countries, 4-7 days. I get a lot of questions about our foreign shipping, and thought I'd clear it up..

As for U.S. orders, its all priority (2-3 days) or express (1-2 days). The shipping is calculated by the post office, and is about as accurate as you can get for shipping.. I don't screw anyone on that stuff. Sometimes you go to a site and buy a fairly cheap product only to learn there's a handling fee and shipping is 10 bucks more than it should be.. APOX on those sites.

If anyone needs to get their chips FAST at a great price you won't do any better than these guys.

Unlike other sellers who charge stupid shipping and "Handling" charges you get charged practically what it costs to ship.

Modchipman is an excellent dealer. They're second to none when it comes to delivery times and quality service. I had a small issue with installing my modchip which was completely my fault... so I used their online live tech support service to ask a couple quick questions. I placed an order last week with easybuy2000 ( I should of known better ) and it still didn't ship today - I e-mailed them and they claimed they needed a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card??????? By far the best web retailer I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how they ship things so quickly, its amazing to recieve an order in 2 days via regular shipping methods (I live outside of Philly). Even my emails are anwsered quickly. Outstanding place to by chips from.

Since I get a lot of emails asking this, I thought I'd just post it here. Just would like to say that ALL the X2 chips are in stock, including the new 2.2 PRO and LITE. We are also selling some pretty neat accessories for the XBOX, such as the magic box that lets you use PS2/PS1 controllers on the XBOX. I tried it the other day on Madden 2k3 and it worked pretty darn good, just gotta change the config a bit, and you're golden.. nothing like loading up madden on the hard drive.

I live in Ontario (Canada) and ordered from the site with the cheap shipping (4 bucks). They said that it'd be delivered in 4-7 business days, and I got it on the 6th business day. when I got the chip I was a little confused so I went on their online help service and it was great, they helped me out... I'd go back to them for all my needs of such, if u dun wanna get ripped off jus go with these guyz ....oh ya one more thing, I had to pay 10 bucks customs tax at the door since I live in Canada ... and that's pretty much all...
