It takes 3 days to process your order. It doesn't matter which shipping method you choose, it will still take 3 days to prpcess it, then the additional days to ship it.

I ordered on the Jan 16th and got the order confirmation email. Monday was a holiday so I should get mine next week some time, since they should have shipped it Yesterday or Today.
I have not received a shipping email from them. You'd think they would be good since Ozxodus has them as a distributor on their website.

well I ordered mine on the 19 and the only e-mail i ever received was the initial order confermation. That was when it says shipped in 24, and paid 17 dollars for shipping. Well it still hasn't got here yet and never got another e-mail. So I bought one from modchipman.com and got three e-mails paid 3.80 for shipping and going to receive my chip tomorrow. Thank you Modchipman. I will never buy from Divineo.com ever again. they can kiss my ace.

I will never buy from this company any more. divino just simply wasted me ten days in waiting for my Xenium. They didn't ship, and didn't know when they could ship, even though they promise on their website the item would be shipped within 24 hours.
My credit card was charged right away, but no response to my numerous emails at all. I ended up with ordering from modchipman, which saves me $12.
I would say stay away from divino due to their dishonesty, poor customer service, and high price!

I am actually suprised on how much bad feedback this place has...
I have actually had a very positive experience from divineo. I ordered an x2.3 lite plus from them, (before x2.3b's were made) and it came with a flawed USB adapter (not so common but not too uncommon either). Anyways I emailed it about him and received my free usb working adapter very soon later

I just installed it in my dads machine today and it works gr8. I really find it hard to believe this many people received bad service from this place. It really scared me because I ordered before I read these posts, but after the server I got, I would do from them again

Well, I finally got a tracking number today from Divineo. My chip was ordered on Dec. 24th 2003 as a reference for you guys still waiting. I did email them on the 16th to ask what was up and got the reply that "I would get mine" . Waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, and then yesterday I emailed them again with a direct and possibly not the nicest email (sent copies to uk divineo and to xbox-scene) also forewarded this forum adress to the US Divineo. Today I got a tracking number. First I was nervous that I might have been scammed, now I am worried that they could cancel my order for voicing my displeasure with their business. To Divineo, just keep your customers posted as to what is going on. Simple updates on your site that's all. Gotta go guys my head hurts. Will post if and when I get my xbit.

i ordered my xenium on the 20th and never got any confirmation at all. its a whole week later and i still haven't got a shipping confirmation even though it said 24hours. I have e-mailed these people 3 times and gotten no response. the us/can division is horrible and i would like a refund. I planned on getting my xbox modded friday but it looks like thats not gonna happen.

Well I must say that so many people on this site have no idea what they are talking about. I placed an order with divineo.com just after the new year and my shipment arrived today. I do admit that it did take awhile for my xbit to arrive but that was no faults of divineo's. If you check pretty much any site out there almost every type of mod is out of stock do to the fact that most of the manufactures can't keep up.
I have to say that everyone should give the sellers a break because they can't control the flow of product after all it is supply and demand and right now there is WAY more demand then supply.
My personal dealing with Divineo was great, I placed my order I think on Jan 7th and the ESTAMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL for there shipment was Jan 22nd. I contacted them on the 23rd and Fred responded the same day and told me that my shipment had been sent out and that I should be receiving it on Tuesday. Later that evening I got my tracking number and low and behold today is Tuesday and I have my product.
So I say, chill out, relax, take a pill and just wait for your product. B I T C H I N G and complaining will probably only make them delay your shipment more.

it actually makes me laugh when kids are whining they didnt get their chip within a week. asking for a refund when you havent gotten the package in SIX DAYS. just proves that you are an immature kid.
i placed an order for a 2.3 lite plus on DECEMBER 26TH when stock was listed as "shipping within 24 hours"
i have since been issued one INVALID tracking number (fedex) and was issued a second one a week later (canadapost) on the 14th. it is now the 27th and have still not recieved ANYTHING nor does the tracking number say anything other than "package recieved on the 14th". ( i live in massachusetts and they ship products from quebec) so for all i know they just issued me a dummy tracking number to stop me from issuing a chargeback which is honestly what i want to do at this point.
i emailed them AGAIN today and am waiting on a response, we will see how this goes.
this is simply the worst service i have ever recieved when buying products online EVER. i highly discourage people from doing business with them.
i will give an upsate when/if i recieve a product or get a refund.

I placed an order for an X2.2Pro on november 23; their website listed it as in-stock, ships within 24 hours. After a week without receiving shipping notice I emailed them and they said that they'd send me a 2.3 within another week.
2 weeks later, still no word, so I emailed again, and they just kept pushing back my order, always telling me "next week". They even sent me an invalid shipping tracking number at one point. I eventually received my x2.3pro over a month after I ordered it, after 3 emails, and almost cancelling my order.
What pisses me off here isn't that they didn't have the product to send (that's not their fault) but that they so blatantly lied about it. They're website listed it as in stock (and continued to list it as such for a week after my order) and they should have emailed me immediately upon receiving my order to tell me that it was back-ordered. I was always the one who had to initiate conversation and when they did reply to my queries it was with very casual and unprofessional demeanor.
I will not be ordering from Divineo again in the future, nor would I recommend that anyone else order from them.

PLEASE do not buy from Divineo.com. I placed my order with them a week before Christmas, because they are a main distributor for the Xbit. A month later I emailed them and find out they've since canceled my order because they can't ship COD with FedEx any more and that I could reorder once they got some in stock. Reordering normally wouldn't be a problem but I preordered a month ahead of time to guarantee myself a chip and they canceled it without even notifying me, thus causing me to lose any reservations I may have had for a chip. Don't order from Divineo, they don't know how to do business properly.

I pre-ordered 2 Xenium on Jan 15, 2004 Xpresspost COD to Canada. I received a tracking number on Jan 22 and the actual chips on Jan 28th.
No problems here.
I notice that they are sold-out now. I bet they were bogged down by the amount of orders due to the popularity of the Xenium.

Ordered an Xbit from Divineo.com (The US & Canada store) on Sunday the 14th....send the M.O. on Monday the 15th.....they recieved it on Friday the 19th and I had my tracking number within 24 hours....the chip is now on it's way!
I know some of you have have problems....but with service like what I recieved, I'd reccomend them to anyone.

Got the confirmation email Saturday, tracking # Sunday, package came Tuesday at 10:40 via fedex. Right on time, like the commercial states. I live in Columbus, Ohio by the way

Here is my experience wth this company:
I placed an order for a smartxx chip listed as in stock and ships within 24 hours last thursday, 4/01. I payed extra for next day shipping so I should have received it by monday. I received an email on 4/1 that my order ws verified and would now be shipped. I did receive a tracking number on monday, but it came up as invalid with the shipper. Additionally, they charged my credit card on April 1. Merchants are not to charge a card until the item ships. As of wednesday, 4/7, it has still not been received.
A delay of shipping an item is not necessarily a big deal. But when a company advertises that they have an item in stock and ship within 24 hours, failure to do so leads to deserved dissapointment.
I would recommend against using this merchant.
Update: I did receive the item on wednesday evening, but I still do not recommend this company.
We all know that customer service can be quite absent from internet shops, but here it is even more lacking than the usual customer no service standard.

After being lied to by Modchip Europe for 3 weeks about the status of my order I cancelled there and ordered with divineo.co.uk on tuesday afternoon. I received a tracking nr. within 2 hours and my Xecuter2.3b lite just arrived (friday morning 9:30). Excelent service in my opinion. I'm glad I didn't read this thread before I ordered.

I'm in USA. I placed an order for a chip ($60) and chose registered air mail which has no tracking. As of today, it's been over 5 weeks, but I still haven't received it. They won't give me a refund. They said that they will contact canada post, which will take over a month or two. I'm about to file internet fraud with them. If you're in USA, order from a company that ships from USA.

I'm also in the US and I ordered from divineo.com an Xecutor chip on 3/29/04 and it was delivered via Registered Air Mail yesterday (4/14/04).
My experience with them was good. They kept me up to date with multiple emails. first they said the chip was backordered (4/2/04) and then on 4/5/04 they said they shipped out my order. The thing that took the longest was the shipping because I chose the slowest and cheapest method of shipping. It took about a week for my package to arrive.
Overall I had a good experience with them.

Worst experience ever, ordered a Smartxx which they claim to have in stock ready to ship 24 hours so I order late Monday night on the 05/03/04 with an extra $16.75 for FedEx overnight to the USA. I got a tracking number late Wednesday night on 05/05/04, Only to find out they shipped it out via CanadianPost to my P.O. Box instead of using my physical address. Now I have to wait until 05/14/04 to get my modchip instead of the 05/06/04. On top of that I asked to get the $16.75 back that I originally shelled out for the overnight shipping only to get an e-mail back from a "manager" at Divineo.com saying that even though they shipped it out via CanadianPost/USPS and would take about 2 weeks (keep in mind I paid the extra fee for overnight) that I
still should be charged the $16.75. I could of easily selected registered air mail and it would of:
1. Cost me nothing
2. Taken the SAME amount of time to get here.
Thanks for nothing Divineo you just lost yourself another customer.

I finally got the mod chip on 05/10/04 only to find out the pin header install doesnt work (all points soldered correctly + d0) and the quicksolder pads have now taken me 2 nights of my time to solder correctly.
Reasonably satisfied might exchange this mod chip for another one.

I ordered my Xenium on Jan 16 from Divineo and days went by withouy getting my Xenium from them. The days turned into weeks and I emailed Divineo and they said to wait a little longer to see if my chip would arrive. Weeks turned into months and they would not ship me another chip until CANADAPOST refunded them the money back. 2 weeks ago I emailed them about the status and they said they got the refund and they will mail me out my chip, but if I want it overnoghted then I would have to pay $10 extra. I also told them I wanted the solderless adapter and asked them to throw it in for my troubles, they said I could get the adapter added for another $8 So I sent $18 through Paypal to them and waited until yesterday when I emailed them again asking where my chip was that I upgraded to OVERNIGHT, they said they forgot and shipped one right our to me. Today I got my chip and there is no adapter in the envelope.
IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS TYPE OF CRAP HAPPENING TO YOUR ORDER THEN PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM DIVINEO!!!
I wait 4 months, paid $18 more than I should have and I still don't have all that I ordered.
OK Now here's the kicker. I just got an email this morning from DIVINEO they are now stating that they never said they were going to ship me the solderless adapter even though I have proof in previous emails and in my note to them when I sent the money by PayPal. Now they are saying I paid $18 for overnight shipping on top of the $11.45 I had already paid them to ship my original order.
If they don't fix this in the next day or so, then I will be disputing the charges with AMEX and PAYPAL and shipping the chip back.
This is absolutely rediculous! I have never received such crappy customer service from any company in my life.
In business the general rule of thumb is "the customer is always right". In DIVINEOS case it's "who gives a shit about the customer once we get their money and the order is shipped"

I had good service with them, got my chip in a couple days (ordered before a long weekend and got it the next week on wednesday) quality product even though i paid 88 bucks canadian for a Xecuter 2.3b lite+.
Just ordered 5 Aladdin advances on sunday and i'm hoping to get them sometime this week. The shipping goes out from Quebec and i'm in east coast canada (PEI)

I have ordered Xeniums 10 bulk just to test there service, Puchased Sunday for overnight shipment.
(Your package tracking number will be provided within 48 hours.) Still nothing? My payment went through?
Its been over that so I think there automated system is broken. First time I used my credit card with them it did not go through so I think there backend for credit card processing is probably some type of cybercash nonsense.
I hope they get here by Thursday, no sense in paying for overnight if they just plan on sending them snail mail/ground.

I ordered from .com. Order number US0147613. I ordered a SmartXX chip and it arrived in good condition on time. I installed the chip and worked intermittently so I rechecked my soldering touched up 2 pins. I then reinstalled and the chip didn't work at all. I contacted them and within the next 1-2 days they responded with suggestions of where to look for help and told me to post in their forums and that "BillyJo" could help me. I checked everything that they suggested to ensure that it was a faulty chip and was unable to find any problems with my install. Then my friend got in another chip that he let me borrow to test my install and it worked. At that point I contacted them and told them what I had found and they said to send it back to them and they would replace it. I sent it in and after an ample amount of time I emailed asking if they had received the chip and they said they would check their PO Box the next day to see if it had arrived. However, the next day I received their replacement chip. I was excited until I opened it to realize that it was an Xenium Chip (note above I ordered a SmartXX chip). I again contacted them and they said the chips were very similar and that the new Xenium Os made the chip better in their opinion and asked me if I could keep the chip. I yielded, due to the fact that I have felt empty with out my Xbox, under the condition they would refund the 10 dollars to my credit card. They promptly replied saying they would. During this time I also ordered another chip from them for my friend. The chip also arrived on time and in good condition. It worked fine. Despite all of the problems I had with the first order and the time it took to resolve it I would still recommend them as being a fair and trustworthy site to order from.

I ordered from them on Sat May 22nd, Order Number: US0201774. And they emailed me saying they have shipped it on Monday May 24th, and XpressPost Canada should take 1-2business days to ship within Canada, and today Friday May 28th, I still havent recieved it yet. And the Tracking code they provided me does not work either. I live in Ontario.

I probably would not have ordered from Divineo if I had read this thread first, but now that I've had service this good, I can't complain.

I purchased a Xenium-S from them last June 15, it is now June 21. No confirmation e-mail, no mod-chip, no nothing. Fortunately, they haven't billed my credit card yet, so I stopped payment on it and am not out any money. For my two cents though, if you advertise something shipping within 24 hours, ship it within 24 hours, don't sit on the order like it wasn't placed. Divineo seems to have no interest in doing any business, I would NEVER recomend purchasing from them.

Placed order for XBit on 6/16, paid for fed-ex next-day.
The site claimed that the XBit should ship in 24 hours.
They charged my credit card on 6/19.
I emailed them on 6/21. Received a response on 6/23 which ammounted to saying "Hey, we're busy, keep waiting."
I received a tracking number today (6/24).
So far, I'm very unhappy with the service. If I wouldn't have paid for overnight with the impression that I would have the mod in 48 hours while I'm still waiting 8 days into it, maybe I wouldn't be so upset.
I'll send an update when I receive the mod.

Placed an order for a Xenium w/ Solderless adapter early Monday morning (6/21). Received that whole "we'll send you your shipping info within 48 hours" email and whatnot. Come Wednesday, I didn't receive anything. So on Thursday, I emailed them back asking for a refund. Today they responded and I got my credit card (and/or paypal account) charged back through email.
Nice to know that they're responsive with their chargebacks. Now if they can just get responsive with their sales and correspondence emails.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. I pre-ordered my product, it took over 4 weeks until they shipped it. They promised that all pre-orders would be sent air mail, mine was not, it was shipped registered mail(1-5 Weeks, come on guys!). I e-mailed them about the shipping time, they said on average it takes 3 weeks, so in total I ended up wating around 7 weeks, or like 2 months. Unless you are willing to wait 2 months, don't buy from them.**Xbox-scene, you should change your respcted seller to someone else casue divineo USA sucks!**

I wish i would have seen this thread before i purchased from them.
Its only been 6 days since my order, but when it says 24hr shipping thats what i expect it to be, NOT 144hr+(they still haven't shipped it) shipping.
I sent them an email asking about the status of my order, and got a similair response to someone else on here(to lazy to find who), but they said

This was 3 days ago, and i still haven't gotten my tracking #. And yes i know its the weekend, but if their so back logged with shipping things they should work over the weekend to remedy this.
So far i would not recommend buying from these guys.
I'll update this when something gets done by them, So by the looks of the other peoples problems this will be updated in about a month..........
*EDIT* Well i got tired of waiting over a week on something that was supposed to ship in 24hrs, plus they give the same generic email back saying how they just moved exactly like i posted in the original post when i asked again 4 days later about the status of my order.
So i would suggest NOT to buy ANYTHING from this place. They have no clue how to do business, and you should even try to buy from them.
*2nd edit* They do one thing kind of well. They know how to refund your money within 24hrs....
DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS:thats for the peole who just skim through the review

Placed an order on 6/17 for a Xenium that was supposed to ship within "24 hours" as their website said. I got an email immediately saying I will get my tracking number in 48 hours. The days ticked by and I heard absolutely nothing from them (except for the charge that showed up on my credit card). Finally it reached nearly a week and I started emailing them. Every time it took one or two days to get a response and they were always canned responses about being really busy and sorry for the delay. I asked them cancel my order and all they did was respond with canned 'we're really busy but will ship your order soon' messages. Finally they must have actually read my email and they did write back saying they were cancelling my order. They charged me a $2 cancellation fee. I know its hardly any money, but its the principle of the matter that pisses me off. Its not my fault they flat out lied about their shipping times. To these jokers, 24 hours means more like 24 days.
This company is dishonest, unresponsive, and just an overall pain in the ass to deal with. I hardedly recommend against buying from Divineo.

wow just cant believe it ... too bad i didnt see this before ordering from them .. i mean i did a thread in an other section of this forum to say about my experience and i get linked here to see i aint the only one being played around ...
is there anything we can do to get our $$ back ??
i mean im sure VISA can do somtin if we show some proof that we get answers like we will contact you back in 2 days ... sorry we are busy we will contact you in 2 days ... sorry no stock when the site advertise 24hour shipping ...
i mean this is stupid somtin has to be done ..
and why the hell does this site still list them in the official resellers ?? with all this bad crap they should advise people to see this thread before or somtin...

i emailed asking a refund / chargeback to my credit card or else i would give a call to visa to file report on them ... lets see what they will answer

Same crap. Ordered A HD Loader on the 20th of June and here it is the 29th and still no tracking # or reply to tell me what's going on. To tell you the truth, this is bad business. I will report them like I have reported other companies and had send the money the same day. My mom's works in the bank that I have an account with and my credit gets returned the next day for any debits i have done on my credit card for scam companies like this. I deal with this crap all the time. Yeah Divineo seems like a scam company and i'm sure has fucked over alot of people. I'm from the USA and it seems they don't give 2 shits about anyone's items or anyone that has to do with over here. Sorry if everyone has gotten inconvienced through this miserable company, I'm pissed myself.

i've not ordered any xbox from them YET but will do soon but i have ordered a gba flasher ( ezfa ) and it came within 2 days not one single problem but did not come with the drivers so had to download them off the net but not a biggy!

Order X-bit about a week again paid for 24 hours shipping. I still haven't got the order. Send them 2 e-mail asking why and still no response from them. So i canceled my order today.
