fast and good service.not one single problem with them

Bought a x2 lite and pro from the .co.uk site. No problems on both occasions and both arrived very quickly.

Well , my experince with diveno did not go so well. I got the chip in a week and then i returned it the next day becuase i did not need it anymore. Before i sent it i asked them about their return policy. They said just to return it with the original papers which i did. Then i called them a week later about it and they say that they never got it and i called a nother week later and they tell me to email them. Now once i email them i get no response back. and all i wanted back was my 25$

I was going to check this site to see what they sell, as I've never heard of them but it seems that they are down ?

diveno's great, I havn't had a singel problem with them fast serive and good customer support (they even called me to confirm my order). They're cheap as well.

I bought a unversial dvd player last decemember from them and it's junk. It has had tons of problems, too many to list. Long story short I contacted them to ask what it could be.. they never answered my e-mails. I just coughed it up as a loss.. I wouldnt' use those guys.... they obviously don't care about backing up what they sell.

Diveneo.net seems to offer overseas support (overseas from the US) pretty well, but my ordering experience sucked serious ass.

They falsely advertise "instock" when they do not have stock, hence snagging orders from reputable sites that are honest in their inventory status. Once they got my order (which I switched from extreme-mods becuase they were 2 weeks out) they didn't reply or acknoledge my order for 10 days. When they did finally reply it took another 6 days (extreme mods had their inventory by now and would have shipped) they shipped it 5 day ground when I paid for 2 day shipping. When I complained, they told me to look up UPS shipping rates and told me the amount they advertise for 2 day is the amount for 5 day to my zip code. Fuck that, I ordered 2 day, I wanted 2 day, especially after waiting 16 damn days for them to ship when their site advertised "IN STOCK" and "SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS"...

Assholes.

Eveyone here that has posted a positive experience simply lucked out that they actually had product in stock. I have no doubt that they will reply to orders and ship on time when they aren't lying on their site regarding inventory, if the market looks like supply is weak, count on being fucked.

Bad experience here. Ordered an S-Video hub kinda thingy from them. Turns out they didn't have it in stock anymore, but also didn't bother sending me a mail to let me know. Instead, they charged my CC right away on the first day. Took me two weeks to have them credit the money back.

I bought my X2.0 Lite there from the co.uk shop, not a single problem... Arrived in 3 days in a good sealed package...

I've ordered the Xecuter2 Pro on the site, and received the package in just a few days (overseas delivery).... Fantastic!

It would improve their service if they'd include an installation tutorial with the packing...

Bought my GBA Flash Linker & 256MB Cart from them.

They delivered within 3 days..

Found them slightly on the expensive side (about £10 over other suppliers).

I ordered my xbit from their shop in UK and got a confermation email within an hour. I even put the wrong shipping address and they corrected it and notified me they had shipped it.

I ordered the xbit a couple of weeks ago...and their site said it was in stock....and that they would email me when it shipped out...and i gave it a few days.....and emailed them asking where my email was.....they said it would be a couple more days.....so i waited and waited and waited.....still no email....so i emailed them asking for my money back.....and that is where i am now.....i got an email saying they would refund me my cash....but no cash as of yet......
They were fast with the emails...with the exception of the one i wanted...heh...
They lied about having the chips instock......but i don't think i am gonna find a better supplier.......of the xbit.....i have looked around.....
sad thing is...is that i used the link that xbox-scene.com put up on their mod chip page.....i think they should remove it....

Wow - this is the exact thing that I'm waiting for too - I ordered an xbit over a week ago - they were reportedly in stock, i ordered next day delivery - still waiting.....

Emailed them last night - not expecting a reply until monday if ever.....

Just hope i dont have to fight to get my money back.

Well, I ordered my X-Bit on Oct 16th. I was told it would take three days to ship, on the 4th day my CC was charged and I assumed I was going to get a tracking number. Well. 17 days later I have no tracking number I'm out $65 bux and I've sent out 3 emails all with no response. The only reason I trusted these guys is because xbox-scene recommends them. Over all I do not recommend. This is a pretty poor way to run a buisness. If I had perhaps got a courtesy email saying we are out of stock or something went wrong that would of been fine. However they are refusing to even offer a response.

I would not order an X-Bit from them until you start hearing positive things from other people.

Haha fun..... I have that problem too.... When i order my X-Bit chip there was a message: delivered in 24 hours.... when i logout the message was: delivered in 3 days.... Now it is 2 weeks ago and i'm still waiting!! I had order it on de german version of divineo!

I have sent three emails to them but no answer!!

I hate to say it but....same here. This place sucks. They said it was in stock when it obviously was not. I would have been willing to wait or pre-order...but no....they lie. SO here I am I even paid for overnight shipping! I have asked for a refund of everything INCLUDING the shipping costs since it never shipped. I think I'm fucked and I won't hear from them again. Please don't use them! They will rob you too!

I ordered my chip for next day delivery from the uk store. A few hours later I got a confirmation email.
Next day, as promised the chip had arrived and worked perfectly. I was very pleased with the service.

bought my x-bit from divineo uk ordered it at like 2pm on a teusday afternoon found it on my desk wednesday morning great service

I am not 100% sure, but it looks like 99.999% of positive posts about Divineo are from the UK. I ordered an Xbit 3 weeks ago while it was listed "In Stock" and got an email from the "sales department" saying that the order was being turned over to the shipping department (who would send the shipping info and tracking number) and I was immediately billed (literally less than 10 minutes). I waited, a few things came up, and I finally get back to my computer to find that DMS is behind on manufacturing due to faulty parts delivered to them. I immediate go to divineo and they are suddenly "Out of Stock" (real surprise there). I sent an email (and simultanious post to their site ), but I don't expect them to reply anytime soon. I am requesting that warnings be posted anywhere possible about this scam. If they are getting less than 60% (rough guess) approval from the scene they should be BOYCOTTED or BLACK LISTED.

I got an email from Divineo today saying that my order was cancelled due to the "Christmas shipment" running into problems. I friggin ordered in November and they had it listed as "In Stock" at that time and well afterward. That is extremely bad business and may be criminal (I know it would be in the US, but not sure about UK). Up until DMS ran into their problem I have heard mixed reviews about divineo, and now they seem to be all negative. I would not have gone to them if they were not the most listed vendor on the official DMS site. I better have my money back within 2 business days since they had no problem with charging me in less than 10 minutes from my order.

A word of advice to DMS: Drop this vendor before their bad rep spreads to you also since they are endorsed by you.

I ordered an X-B.I.T. from Divineo on December 1st, 2003, and quickly received an order received E-mail and nothing else. When I ordered it did say "in stock" and now that time has passed I don't think it was in stock and they were counting on receiving a shipment soon in order to ship me one.

Unfortunately for Divineo, DMS, the makers of the X-B.I.T. recently annouced this:

i ordered 10 xecuter lite from them when they were brand new. the US shop was the only one offering them these days. so i emailed them and we agreed to send the package from UK. (nearer as i live in europe)
they took a week or so but sent it free of charge with fedex from their uk shop which was pretty cool.

all 10 mods were 100% ok and i m happy that i made the deal with them as they were really cheap

After being jerked around for about a week now. I placed an order for 25 on sunday, emailed me monday for verification from my creditcard. They say my order will be shipped out the next day. I get an email today:

Sorry but your order have been canceled and refunded.. (refund can take few days to appear on your credit card statement)

OK, first of all. This site just plain sucks! The first thing I tried to order from them was an X.B.I.T. chip. The description said "3 days" for availability. According to their stock status page 3 days means the following...

Ordered X2.3 PRO B on Dec 22, 2003. Payment went through and accepted on Dec 22, 2003. E-mailed Divineo on Dec. 25th. DO NOT order from them. It's a scam! This must be illegal! I'm contacting a friend thats a lawyer to see if there is any further action that can be taken against them or to possibly shut them down. I know theres a case for false advertising. I'd be happy with my money back at this point.

Well, I am just a newbie so I can't really speak for a lot of you guys, but my first experience with the Divineo Guys, well the UK site anyway, was very, very good. I ordered a No Solder X-ecuter 2.3 Lite, off of them about 8PM Monday, got my tracking number, first thing Tuesday, at 8am, and then got the chip this morning, Wednesday.

I am very happy with those guys, but now need to wait for my hard drive, from another site, and also, have to get some Torx screwdrivers. People who have been jerked around seem to be about 50/50 with those who were alright, it seems to me, but I think that the whole X-Bit situation is shitty, and is teh only reason I picked up an X-ecuter.

Placed the order and never heard from them again until I cancelled. They didn't tell me they were out of the Xbit which I later found out from thier website. Not good buisness practice.

We orderd from them on the 17th Dec. a 2.3 chip. they gave us a mail tracking number, on Monday 19th the royal mail said it was with the Spanish post for delivery. 2 weeks later we still had not received the parcel, so we went to the Spanish post office in Tenerife, and they said they have never received the parcel and there is no record of it on the computer. so we emailed divine uk about 6 times and after about 5 days they come back to us with the answer that the english mail says it ant missing so and untill they tell us it is we will not give you your money back or send chip again
so we email them back agin saying well if the chip isnt missing then were is it as we paid for tracking on it divineo emails us back quote there email

I ordered an X2.3b and got a x2.3 - i took the risk of sending it back the address for returned goods (in France at least) isn't valid so it came back to me!

My emails go unanswered and I COUNT MYSELF LUCKY to have the chip in my possession even if i've paid shipping twice for something i didn't order.

Divineo - Just don't do it!

I ordered a Chameleon from them on Dec 31, website showed IN STOCK 24hrs. I payed with a credit card which was charged on the 31st. I waited 48 hrs NO tracking # so I emailed them asking for the status. I recieved an email from FRED on Jan 6th saying that my order was canceled because of NO STOCK and I should recieve a refund on my credit card within 10 days. JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE for now.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
THERE BUSINESS PRACTICE IS UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought easybuy200 was bad when they screwed up my order for two weeks untill I canceled AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE SHIPPING!!!!!!!

I am also requesting that xbox-scene remove them as a sponsor from there website for shady business practice!!!!!!!!!

I recieved my refund within the 10 day period of the email. But still 15 days from the date I ordered!
Still would not recommend!

ok ok i said some bad things before but now i got my modchip and im happy you all should have gone with cod hehehe guaranteed shiping takes a while but at least i got it

I ordered from Divineo.com (Canada/US)

I ordered on December 30th.
Shipped January 7th (they were closed until January 5th)
Received January 12th.
Installed and Fully working.

Good email communication with Fred.

other then i got out dated chameleons but i knew these were what i was getting

they shipped within 5 days and i had them 3 days later

probably helped i had cod and they wanted there cash lol.

was fairly good

allthough they should pack the solderless adaptors better both mine arrivd badly bent.

These all sound like UK orders. Is the American experience any better?

Sounds like the UK is good, but the US is horrible. I ordered from the US and DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Like everyone else says, their website said "3 day" wait time before it shipped. I ordered it an Xecuter 2.3b Lite+ on Dec. 26th, had my credit card charged immediately, and STILL it has not shipped. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

So I preorded an XBIT on Jan the 9th for when the new shipment would come in. Divineo said that it was coming in on the 15th. I waited patiently for a while, waiting for them to send me my message with the fedex tracking number. On the 21st I still recieved no tracking number, I'm not even sure if it shipped and I wrote them an e-mail to ask them what was going on. Today is the 22nd and I recieved no reply to my inquery or the tracking number. I have no idea what they are doing, but their service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have no updates as to the progress of my order, (US0079597)
but I was curious if anyone had a way of reaching them by phone? It seems rather conveniant that they have no phone number that I could find on their site.

I order my chip from divineo, express delivery($20), on tuesday afternoon and I still havent seen it yet. Anyone know anything about their reputation?

Ordered Mine Monday Express too. Haven't gotten anything from them.

At this point I'd recommend people stay away.

I ordered 1 from modchipman yesterday because I don't know if I will ever see the chip from Divineo.

At least I got an email from modchipman saying my order was being processed.
