guess I'm the first one to buy from them or post a ref. akira^ (name on efnet) that runs the canadian site of modchipman is a great person, he bumped me into overnight shipping of the Xecuter2.3B Lite that I ordered that I will be installing in someone's XBOX this weekend. Got the chip a day and a half after I ordered it. Great guy and I'd reccomend everyone to buy any mod chip's that you may need from www.modchipman.ca

I ordered 2 Xecuter 2.3Bs from Modchipman.ca the price was the best i have found especially in Canada. All the other Canadain dealers have a much steeper price on their chips, and i didnt wanna pay duties to get them from the U.S.

I just purchased my second Modchip. Its very good, quick and informative. Can I recommend you guys adding like a washer for the solderless adaptor. So it is easier for us, instead of using paper. And for the Montreal guy, I paid around 10 bucks for shipping too. And I live in Edmonton Alberta.

Anyone besides me having trouble loading their site today? I ordered an Xbox with a 120gig hard drive & Xecuter 2.3b Pro 10 days ago and I have not heard from them since. Sent them an email yesterday so I'm guessing they will reply but maybe not if there are problems with the site. Did you guys get a shipping notice when your order shipped or did it just show up in your box?

"Whew, I thought I was the only one. I haven't been able to get to their site for awhile now. When I ordered I got an email with a tracking number in it. I did place a second order around the 1st of June with my friends credit card (since she was getting a chip too) and I never heard anything back. Credit card showed charged 2 days later but nothing has shown up. I emailed and got no response and could never get to their site??? I'd love to know what's up too."

The site has been working fine for about two-three weeks now, not too sure why you are all running into problems, if you sent an email in the time that we were down for server upgrades I wouldn't have gotten it, please email us again with your order info Artaxerxes, once in a while if you dont continue all the way back from paysystems the site does not generate an order because it cannot confirm you have paid, this is probably what happened if you have no order history at all. If your order was properly created it was shipped a day or two after it was placed, as are all orders, and that would be reflected in your order history, tracking number included! As for C01 your order has shipped and if you have your correct email registered with the site you now have a tracking number too!

I ordered a 2.3b lite last weekend and it arrived 3 days later. I ordered the slowest shipping to since I still haven't had time to install it.

Updating my old post. Ordered my Xecuter 2.3b Lite late Monday night, received it early Wednsday morning using the Canada Post option, FAST! This guy is a great seller and answers all emails, even my off topic ones The chip works great, my first time ever solderin PCB and I had no problems whatsoever. I recommend using the back D0 point for people new to soldering, it was very easy. So anyways, buy with confidence from Canada's modchip man, I will definately be doing business again!

Ordered a Xenium with solderless adaptor late Thursday night. The order was confirmed and processed for shipping within half an hour. It shipped via Xpresspost Friday morning, and was in my hands early the next Monday. The chip arrived exactly as ordered and in good working condition.

07/05/2004.....I am still waiting for the package to arrive. I tried to track the package (Canada Post)...it wasn't displaying anything on the tracking code.....on the other hand I checked my bank account, it wasn't billed as of early this morning.

No reply from Modchip Canada for my email on the problem. I suspect something wrong with the site......Anyone from Modchip Canada...can you give me a word here.

I still don't have the chip. There still isn't anything charged on my C Card. I see the order has been shipped. Where lies the problem??

My order #389, shipped last Friday according to the website, yet the Canada Post Tracking page can't seem to any records for the Tracking # PB483455286CA. They say there is a delay but I've shipped plenty of things via Canada Post and never had a Package take this long to show up on their tracking page. Meh, It'd be cool if the package showed up 10 minutes after posting this.

Ok, Now I see that the payment has been made....the chip should be on my door step in about 1/2 days....good luck to all....I will update more when I get the chip.

If your order says it's been shipped it has in fact been shipped. For some reason the postal outlet I dropped a whole chunk of orders off at could not scan in packages shipped under an account. Instead of calling us to notify us of the problem, the dumb brraod put them all in a bag to go to the sorting plant with a note saying "not scanned". This issue affects packages marked as shipped from last friday july 2nd to tuesday July 5th. You're order has in fact been shipped and should arrive with minimal delays, I do appologize for the inconvenience.

i ordered an Xecuter 2.3b Lite chip from the site on July 13th
i used a money order but i didn't include anything else with the money order because i didn't find any instructions for me to do other wise
the only problem that there might be is that when i signed up for the site's account, i used my dad's name, just incase of any crdit card issues, but then i just ended up sending a money order anyways...
i hope this won't be a problem, we have the same last name SEIFRIED and my order number is 422

I am convinced with mine getting delayed due to problems with Canada Post. I had recommended the site to a friend as I got my stuff after the correspondances. Now my friend bugs me all the time about my recommendation.

He had ordered through his girlfriend on the 14th and now it is early 17th....but said the order seems to remain be processing....processing....processing...stage....till when?

How long does an order take to get processed and get shipped? I asked him to send email to Tom.

I hope Tom takes care of it soon as it is the weekend and it will get delayed more.

I placed my order with Modchipman Canada last Friday night (the 16th) and got my order confirmation e-mail right away! I was surprised as it was about midnight my time, and thought that I would have to wait awhile. Apparently not! On Monday morning I got an 'Order Shipped' confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. My modchip arrived yesterday, and was installed and checked to see if it works. Everything is great! Chip was well packaged and sent, and delivery was quick!

Would definitely deal with modchipman.ca again!

I had trouble with my initial order from modchipman.ca which was an Xbox with a 120gig hard drive & Xecuter 2.3b Pro. The problem I had is documented here Flashed Bios Worked. 15 Min Later Not Working? I sent the Xbox back over a month ago to be repaired and agreed to pay for the repairs if the problem was my fault. I have not heard anything since so I emailed them a week ago wondering what was taking so long and have yet to receive a reply, which leads to my question. Is modchipman.ca on vacation or what?

I too am having a problem with getting ModChipMan to discuss a return. I sent my PS2 and XBOX to him months ago to be modded. He shipped them back, and I was very happy with the XBOX, but the PS2 would not load a game if it had been running for more than 10 seconds (which meant I have to wait for 30 minutes everytime I want to switch games). At first, he was helping me figure out the problem, but after I mentioned that i was thinking about sending it back for repair, he stopped replying. I've sent about 4 emails, I've used the "contact me" option on his website, I've even sent him a PM on these forums. Tom, if you read this, please PM me. I hope we can get this worked out.

We have been having problems with our mail servers, but as far as I knew it was only outgoing and I did have a temp work around for that, not sure why I didnt get anything from you Bradstard, but either way you have been contacted via PM on here and given the address to get your ps2 fixed at! Scudworm let me know via pm if you have not gotten a reply to your email, I reply to every single email i get. And C01 your xbox has been in the mail for a while now, let me know if you dont get it very very shortly.
