To Glock_23: This is the ffedback forum for www.modchipman.ca, not www.modchipman.com. The reason why you probably havnt got a reply yet is that they use a support ticket system, it's the only way they can manage the sheer volume of enquiries that they get down there. Please open a support ticket at: http://www.modchipman.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi , One thing to keep in mind is that if you sent a personal cheque they will wait for it to clear before sending your order.

We would have shipped your chip within 1 business day of receiving your money order. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible no matter how long Canada Post takes to get the money order to us. As for replying to emails we reply to every email we get, I mean if you email at 9pm saturday night you may not get a reply until monday afternoon. Hence the whole business day concept!

I have been ordering from www.modchipman.ca for quite some time. I have ordered chips from 3 different sources before (unnamed because I don't like flaming) and I must say that modchipman is the best by far.

Throughout the process, an up to date email confirmation is sent advising of order status. Delivery is quick and they will not claim stock of chips if they don't actually have it - like some other sites!!

Customer service is impeccable and friendly. I have received a defective chip in the past, and it was promptly replaced hassle-free.

Just placed an order for 2 more and I am certain I will receive the same A+++++ service as always!

Who phucking rocks? Tom of www.modchipman.ca does.

Ive ordered 3 times now, and each time has been quick and awesome. This last time i ordered an Xecuter 2.6 CE and it was missing the 9pin header. I emailed Tom and he quickly replied that it would be sent out the following weekday. It got here the day after.

He Express posted a 9pin header! He could have easily just thrown it in an envelope with stamp and saved himself $5, but no, he Express'ed it out here. Thanks pretty damn nice.

He puts other online retailers to shame.

Folx if youre a canuck, and thinking about ordering a modchip related item, look no further.

I recently purchased the SmartXX from Modchipman.ca and let me tell you, there is no way you could have a better experience ordering from the Web.

First, the prices are awesome. Second, the service could not be any better. I placed my order, and shortly a confirmation email arrived. Not long after that, I got another email confirming that my order was being processed. Not even 24 hours later, another email arrived with the tracking number for Canada Post - smartly warning that Canada Post tracking info usually doesn's show up until you have the product.

All in all it took only 3 business days for my chip to arrive. Everything that was supposed to be included was, and everything worked perfectly.

Don't hesitate to buy from Modchipman.ca - they are a fantastic web retailer. I have allready directed several people to the site and will not hesitate to recommend Modchipman.ca to anyone who asks me where to get Mod's and accessories.

Just another post to support this company, my last 3 orders were all from modchipman.ca in the past months and the prices are amazing, the shipping is as fast as it could possibly be, and everything is done in an extremely timely matter. I just got my latest order last week. I install modchips around the Ottawa area and I'm glad to say Modchipman.ca is and will be my provider for a long time for anything xbox related. I definately recommend them!

Ordered an X3 and xapt3r off the .ca site. For some reason it did not list the xapt3r as out of stock, after placing my order I was informed that it was out of stock. However a day after placing my order I sent an email enquiring about the ETA of the xapt3r I was informed my order was shipping that day. 2 days later it arrived, everything works as expected. Prompt service, fast shipping, and no duty fees. Good alternative with up to date catalouge to modchip.ca, as they only carry the SE version of x3 at the moment. I would definately order from them again.

I ordered a premodded PS2 with a DMS4 Pro on 03/03/2005, Modchipman.ca started processing it two days later and sent it out 03/21/2005. I havnt gotten it yet its still in Edmonton but the service was excellent and on time. I would definitly deal with them again as far as their service goes. Ill get back to you on the product quality but if its anything like the service it will be smokin'..... In a good way.

I ordered an Xecuter 3 CE late tuesday evening. It arrived early the next day. I am very impressed with modchipman.ca and will happily do buisness with them again.

I ordered early Tuesday morning and got my Xenium S.P.ICE chip on Wednesday! How's that for speedy service? Ok, well maybe living in Vancouver BC makes a big difference ('cuz Modchipman.ca is located in Edmonton, AB).

Bought a few chips from him recently. Pretty honest fellow, although he does have a bad habit of not updating his website when his chips are out of stock.

My spam filter caught his first message so I didn't hear about my order being refunded until I asked why they hadn't arrived yet.

But all in all, it was a good transaction and I'll probably continue to order from him.

I ordered a Xenium S.P.Ice on Tuesday 10 May, 2005 and received it on Friday the 13th.
Turn around time was so fast, there were no emails other than the one saying it had been shipped.

I ordered an Xenium Ice Solder. Great Product! Seemed bigger in the picture but thats fine. very hard to solder d0 point but we managed. great product. usb saved me when updating bios. give this product a 5 out of 5 or A+++. and for Modchipman (Tom) great guy replied to all my emails. would order if him again if had to. give Modchipman (Tom) 5 out of 5 or A+++ too. Was the only store i had found in Canada, and America that had stock (didnt really look hard) but was fine.

I bought an Xenium Ice Modchip. i tried it out. some games didnt work. i replaced the dvd-rom. the games still didnt work. finaly... MY MODCHIP DIED!!!!.... my xbox was blinking red and green so i took out the xenium chip and it started to work again... my chip is dead. i wasted my money on the dvd-rom and all along it was just the chip. i would really like a exchange for an xecuter 2.6 if thats possible. if not i will just exchange it for the Xenium Ice. but PLEASE Contact ME!!!! i beg you!!! and if i do get an exchange for the Xenium Ice. let it hope that its not a faulty chip.
