I placed an order with these ppl on the 17 and have heard NOTHING from them. Site has been down too. Any contact numbers or anyone know anything about this site?

Started out with GREAT sutomer service, best of anyone ive dealt with. We tried ordering 2 Jewels, website said it took Discover, then didnt fixed that issue.

They ended up offering to let us do COD they would cover the cost. Awesome!!


Its now over 2 weeks, they said they would go out the next day.. nothing yet.

So not sure of how I would rate them I hear they are excellent on product but shipping and waiting time can be horrid :-)

If we receive them this week and the product is what im being told it is form everyone, id give them an 8/10

I sent two emails on Saturday that never were answered. Apparently, the cart doesnt want to ship to alaska, and i still havent been able to place my order. Does this shop accept paypal? I wouldn't know as they wont answer either of my emails... blink.gif

We shipped out about 20 jewels on friday and shipping another 30 later today. We get to every email, so if you have any yahoo,hotmail,aol or similar email account please check the bulk mail boxs as our mail goes more to there then the main box. Sorry I dont have access to each ones order numbers atm but you will get them all soon.

aptd PM me ur order number, if your in the US and you ordered 1 jewel then there is only one shipping method and I dont remember seeing an order for 1clear jewel.

I recently got a jewel from xport1. The product looked good, but not as good as I had hoped. One big problem though, I was cleaning it with alcohol before I mounted it on my xbox. It cracked several times as soon as alcohol touched the jewel.

Ordered on the 8th of March, and got a payment verification the day after, but still havent seen or heard of my Jewel since. Its been 11 days. Who knows, maybe it could come today. I found that the selection I found within Xport1 was awsome, especially for the price. If this jewel is as good as I hope, Ill probally be ordering supplys for a window kit. I suggest they get some tracking service though. Im probally not alone when I say that Id rather pay a buck or two more and know when my product shipped. Does anyone know if the UV blue jewel is clear, or semi clear? I installed some LED's in the top of my xbox and want them to shine through. Thanks

Ya our tracking on our site sucks...software part that we have no controlle over...all jewels have been shipped so you should recieve it soon.

I have a oreder number 1760 I ordered 4 jewels for my XBox controllers and I haven't got a reply from anyone. I also can't get to the website for some reason it won't come up and I haven't recieved my jewels yet and I placed my order on 4/2/04.

I will update this thread a bit. Fast forward to august. My order number is 2006 (clear xbox case) and it was supposed to shipped on August 16.

...which I expected to ship August 16th.

The order status says 'partially shipped'.

I am taking delivery in the UK and will post my experience back here when complete.

Would echo other comments regarding online order tracking. Also it would be more comforting if telephone and postal contact points were available.

#2070 here, paid 08/11 online -- got a reply PM said I must have lost all their emails in my bulk mail folder. I don't have a bulk mail folder at all, I'm just not getting replies past the first one that said "thanks for your money". Emails to the site go unanswered...

Placed my order #2101 8/13/04 have not received it as of 8/28/04. Shipping disclaimer says "Custom orders will be shipped 2-3 after your image has been received." It's been over two weeks since I submitted my art.

I sent my Custom art on 8/13/04, and again on 8/18/04. I got no notification of my art being received after I submitted my art (2 times), as their email says; "you will be notified once your image has been received."

Emailed queries about my order on 3 different occasions...got zero response.

Called and left a message about order status... no reply/call back.

Webb site has no real helpful information in trafficking the status of my order; "You have placed a total of 1 Orders With Our Store. 0 Of These Orders Are Pending, 0 Are Cancelled, And 0 Have Been Completed." Not sure what this is supposed to mean..."we got your order and your money and nothing is happening"?

Credit Card was charged and processed same day I placed my order 8/13/04.

I'm hoping that they are just very busy and I will receive my order soon. I work as V.P. of Operations for a Manufacturing company so I can sympathize with busy production, but no communication or service would be the kiss of death in my business. If either the disclaimers on the web site and emails were more accurate with the time it takes to process these orders or we received some kind of feedback on our emails or orders I think people would feel more secure about their orders.


I'll stay positive and wait a bit longer for my order and post a follow-up upon receipt.

Guys Im sorry for any delays I am PMing you all now.....Cases are backed up due to the over welming number of orders and jewels and windows have been pushed back due to the rush of orders. Again Im sorry and we are working day and nite to get all the orders done as fast as we can.

The silence from Xport1 and now the site being pulled down is becoming quite troublesome. I've been patient, but some communication has to be made. My Xpod order says "partially shipped" and like the fellow above, I'm curious as to what that exactly means. My order # is 1989 and was paid for on the 7th. please PM me with an update. I'm sure all the people waiting would rather you made 1 less case a day and use that time to keep all of us updated. I'm sure the site was pulled down to slow down the wave of orders, but it doesn't look good to all of us still patiently waiting. Possibly you could start a thread on this board with a quick daily update? Surely all of our money pooled together can pay for the 5min a day it would take. Thanks for your time and your services. I appreciate that you took the time to provide us with such a unique product and I'm sure all of us would wait for months if need be, but you have to work on the customer service side of your business.

the site is down due to a shipping error, nothing more. As for the Xpods, all have been shipped out "THAT CAN BE SHIPPED" at the point in time. We are waiting for some parts from china, as that is the only place in the world I can get them from. We expect those parts in with in a week or two. Again Im vary sorry for the delay we are working as fast as we can to get all orders out to you all.

Ordered a few more Xpods.. and am waiting. Spoke to Xport1 and have been assured all will be shipped.

I trust him. He's working hard.

If it wasn't for your review I would have passed on buying it.
As for customer service Xport1 is really lacking.
I placed my order 2015 on Aug 9 and emailed xport1 about my pending move so I could change my address since the product was delayed. I did not get a response from him via email.
I then PM him on the 24th and he stated to email him with the new address and he would confirm it a send me an email back. I have yet to get any emails from him about this. I'm starting to fell like this was a mistake to order from this guy.
There's not even a contact phone number on his website.

Hey, I was wondering About the Time from delivery and , kind of concerned because I read some one with the order number in the high 1900's and has recieved theirs im 1968 and Just concerned This is not bad feedbad. I know they are stressed smile.gif

if some with a higher order number then yours is get there product, chances are its not an Xpod but a jewel or other product. Xpods are shiped out in order but other products like windows and jewels will go out sooner. If your order is not an xpod and its been awhile for your jewel or window or ect.. then PM me. Please give me atleast a day to get to it.

I make frequent purchases from dozens of shops.. and non of them are aware that that customer on that particular day is me. usually.. Goods are not even sent to me, they are routed through receivers and forwarders for security / tax reasons.

Next time you open your mouth, you might want to think before letting words get out.

Placed my order #2101 8/13/04 still have not recieved my order as of 9/13/04. I did get two PM since my first post. One asking me to resend my art for my custom jewel and the second telling me they received my art and my order would go out later that week...that was two weeks ago?!?

Has anyone received their order recently? If so when and what was your order number? Trying to see where I might be in the que.

I placed an order back on 8/5 (order #1916) when I 1st saw the case, in fact if I recall they said that orders placed by XYZ date would be shipped... I have been charged $73.13 and have yet to even recieve an email notice of the delay. From what I remember you're not supposed to charge UNTIL the item is shipped!

can someone explain why the commit was not made aside from the over whelming response. muhaha.gif

My order #2079 (two xpods with etchings) not custom. E-mailed as well (4 to be exact) with no response. I did PM xport on 9-14-04. They stated e-mail bulk issues. But they did respond. I'm wondering if this is an auto-response for PM's, or was my PM really read by someone that looked into my order # and gave me the response.

Well I really wanted to end my experience on a positive note but...

I finally received my order #2101 for 2 custom jewels with the same design. Ordered 8/13/04 received 9/17/04. My first impression was that I was disapointed. The image was very blurry. The process looks like a pixelated process i.e many small dots to build the image which defenitly had a bad effect on the type used in my design.

Not to be defeated I started searching the forums for opinions on another recommended vendor to contact to see if it was a limitation of the material used or the process. The vendor I contacted responded to my questions and concerns immediatly and honestly. They evaluated my supplied art and confirmed it was not a shortcoming on my part i.e. hires vector image. They then made a custom proof from my art to show me a couple of different design/etching options. All of this with out me even placing an order. I was impressed by the service and design so I ordered a jewel from them last Sunday 9/19/04. I received my jewel today 9/24/04 and it is 110% a more satisfying product. I am very pleased with my new jewel and yet disapointed that I waited over a month and wasted nearly $50.00 on a product that I am going to trash.

we got word like a week ago that they got the corner cubes and that that was really all that we were wating on and yet I still have gotten no word on my case? What's going on. I live close enough that it shouldn't take more than 3 days for it to get to my house. And the website that was supposed to be down for a week is still down so I can't even check on my order stus through there or look on there to find out exactly what my order number is...I think it is 1942 but I lost the email that had it. my patience is wearing very very thin

we are down to the last 32 cases, we are just waiting for some new mobo standoffs. The last batch of standoffs we got dont fit the holes, they just slide right out and the new ones are expected tomarrow or friday.
