dickpeter yes we have your image Im working on getting it done tonite, we had the image but it came from an email that didnt match the order email and it didnt have an order number with it so we didnt know who it belong to.

i just want to say i got my case late also but its well worth the wait. very high quality i would recomend this case to anyone. you people need to just calm down and let the man get caught up.

Xport i was wondering if my case has shipped out yet. The order # is 1957. I got an e-mail saying it would shipp out by the end of the week, but that was 2 weeks ago. Has it shippe yet?

Ok guys we are 99% done, we are missing a few custom images and then there was 1 day were we had the site up for a hour or so and got a few orders, those will be out by wed. The site will be up later this week, we want to make a few changes to the site, add a few products and Im making some changes to the xpod. Im sorry for the long delay and I want to thank the people that stood by us during this hassel.

For those that are wondering why the site has been down, we have got a big order and it is holding us up. The issue is the order is for stone, we are working with marble and tile. This is new to us so its taking us longer to get all the adjustments down. Plus the fact that we are moving the day after xmass which kind of sucks on timing but is better for us as a whole. The move will allow us to better server everyone. We will also be revamping our biz model as a whole to. We will be taking out some of our current product line and adding more to. We have alot of work ahead of us and alot of new fun products to add as well. Ill update this page when I have more info.

All curent orders are our or will be out by Monday the 6th.

LIke I said in my emails this company must not really like its customers to much They take your money and then they dont respond kind of makes it tough when you want to trust an online company muhaha.gif I mean i go to there website login and still 0 0 0 on everything xport1 needs a new and better customer service section a way to track your own orders i guess im just mad thats all and venting hoping to get at least some sort of reply from this company.

Does anyone have the original xpod if so how does it look and how is the craftsmanship (if youve gotten the @$#@#$ thing) I want to get the Dragon Original Xpod along with my order of jewels and lights but didnt have the extra cash sittin around and kind of glad i didnt because it starting to seem like a scam to me. grr.gif

I ordered/paid over two weeks ago 3-27-05, have yet to receive anything aside from the auto response order confirmation email. I have since emailed them 4 times to find out the status of my order and received no response. The 1 email I received stated that their shipping time is 2-3 business days - well that's obviously b.s.. All I am looking for here is confirmation that my order will be sent to me some day! muhaha.gif

So far a bad experience all around from these guys.

i ordered mine on 4/6/05 and i got 1 reply from him when i said i want to spend more money .i need some kind of assurance that this guy honest man cause from what i'm seeing is that us little guys do not meen anything to this guy

Guys PM me if you have not gotten your order yet, we are having some driver issues with the laser and thats holding up the current batch of orders. We are getting a new cpu for the laser monday and will be back up and running then. No one has ever been ripped off by us and neither will you. Between the backlog of orders and the laser going down we are trying as hard as we can to get everything out as fast as we can.

You sure? I preordered back in August and still have not gotten my order nor any emails regarding it even after like 10 emails asking about it.

i have a halflife 2 panel instead of a halo2 panel and i was looking forward to having a halo box but no go and i saw a pic on this forum that had a 3d image and a etching (2 panels)well there is no way to order that so i'm waiting for that 2 hopefully i will see this soon but not likely why have something around and not available to the normal public and i never got my buttons for my power/eject that were suppose to be in the deal i've been teased

Well, I am now getting a little concerned about this order, mainly because I emailed them over a week ago again and have had no reply. Now it seems the site is offline.....

I think just a little bit better communication would go a hell of a long way, and this lack of communication and the slow speed on the delivery will be reflected in the review I am buying the item for.

Here's my overall experience with HOTMODZ:

Overall their service sucks. This is very unfortunate, because they do provide a very superior and unique product. I had originally ordered an XPOD from them before they were even out. After MANY months of BS I eventually got my XPOD. Okay, so I recently decided that I needed an XPOD Mini for one of my projects. I placed the order on the 27th of June. The credit card was processed promptly on the 28th of June. I emailed them down my custom graphic. So I patiently wait about a week. Nothing....no reply. I send an email......no reply. I look at the website; order still says NEW ORDER #2452. I send another email....no reply. I wait and keep looking daily. Lo and behold a few days ago the order completely disappears from my ORDER HISTORY on the webstite (www.hotmodz.com). I send an email AND call from the number provided on my credit card (312)560-5873 and of course get a voicemail from which I have received no reply. I'm sitting here, with $106 out on my credit card waiting with no single reply at all and no order in their system. This is beyond fish and bad customer service. Since I paid with a credit card AND through Paypal if I don't hear from them very soon I'll do a chargeback and report them to Paypal. This looks like the only recourse I have since Xport1 doesn't seem interested in answering emails or phone calls to his #.

This sucks!

I ordered my Xpod July the 30th (saturday) I received the confirmation and it was on the bill I got today for 65.11. I have e-mailed them twice and have not gotten responses. I just PM'ed xport1 tonight so I hope he responds because I want my xpod. My order number is 2486. Please check on it Xport1 I would like it soon. I have waited 8 days already and I hope I don't have to wait over a month like some guys above me.

I got an update via PM. He said it shipped so overall I have had a good experience with them. now my xpod just has to get here.

Update.... Sorry took me so long here Xport but I came in here to point out that you guys are just like I was.. Skeptical, scared, and most of all happily waiting for your case.

Give Xport1 some space, get off his balls, and let him make them rather than Pm every one and there mother.

I did the same shit too. I currently have another one on the way. Xport1 takes a minute to build these cases. There is a reason, they are top quality. No bull shit, no lies. if you just wait a few weeks for your case you will get it. Xport1 is an honest guy and I personally feel that he went above and beyond my expectaions with the xpod that I recieved. YOu can see my comments and complaints about it in the link in my sig.

--But for future ref. to all of you, if it takes Xport1 a minute, a week, or a month to get your case made and at your door step. It's for a good reason, It's because this dude is busting his ass to make you a case that you will love forever. you guys need to consider that true quality takes time, and I don't feel that the product that took however long to recieve was neglected for even one second untill it left for my door.

I have sent many e-mails over the past summer, all with no reply. The address i use is info@xport1.com. Is this e-mail wrong or are you just ignoring me? I need some information on some parts for my xpod, please pm me.

mellow.gif After reading all of the above I would have to say that I too was a bit pissed at first. I have two orders in with Xport1 for just two center jewels and eight controller jewels. After two weeks went by with no confirmation of the shipment (Tracking #). I sent about a dozen e-mails freaking out. It seems he does make a quality product. At least that is what it sounds like from all who have received there orders. I guess what I am getting at is regardless of the quality of the product, Xport1 should at least inform his custemers of the status of each order. Or change the reply e-mail "All orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Custom orders will be shipped 2-3 after your image has been received." I understand both sides, but the bottom line is that we all paid $$$ upfront and are left in the dark. Even if this was a main stream company I would be wondering if I was ripped off or not. I hope everything works out and I can't wait to see xports work.

I ordered one on August 4th and my credit card was charged for the product.

2 weeks passed and I emailed info@xport1.com on 2 seperate occasions and I still have not received a reply. Last week I called the Xport customer support number and left a message, but still no reply.

I just read all orders have been shipped as of yesterday (august 30th) so where's my Tracking number? What about an email? Anything that shows you acknowledge my existence?

Anyway, I contacted my credit card company and they are sending me a chargeback form I can fill out and return to them IF I don't receive my product as promised. I hope I don't have to go that route.... I'll be patiently waiting for my product to arrive (as I have been since August 4th.

Y'all just need to chill. You'll get your Xpod....in due time. I don't know about his status; but he's not out to burn anybody. I truly believe that.

It took right at a month for me to rec'v mine. I just got it on Friday, Sept 2. Sure I was "in a hurry" to get mine too, but I will tell you one thing...you'll get a quality product.

So sit back; kick your shoes off, relax, have another beer, and have a li'l bit more of whatever you partake of, and just chill. cool.gif
