I have bought a few chips from them. They ship asap and they answererd all my e-mails. I believe they ship out of Jesey which is good for me since I'm in NY.

The staff is very helpful and shipping is average.

ive bought 3 chips from them. they are good and 4 real A+

ordered at about nine pm last night, three hours later my credit card # was confirmed and i recieved a order reciept in my e-mail from mypaysystems.com. ....waiting on my chip to get shipped... i'll update when, (and if ) it gets shipped....

Well, i got impatient and e-mailed them about my order. This is their reply:

We got hit with so many orders over the weekend we are out of stock till the
10th. I have 500pc of each chip coming in and will have no problem shipping
your order.

For the problem I will offer you a future discount of 10%. I even emailed
everyone I know in the business and everyone seems to be out. I will be one
of the first sites to have stock in.

Sorry for the inconvenience but be assured your order will ship the same day
my stock comes in. (it better have )

I'm am rather dissapointed that i was notified earlier (or before i ordered from them) that they were out of stock, but I have to say they have excellent customer services; the email i sent was at 3:54 and i received their e-mail at exactly 4:30, and 10%....almost pays shipping..... i gotta say that does make me more secure compared to my prior speculation of *gasp* scammers. With customer service like that, I will definitley shop here for future xbox modification needs . Will update and notify if they hold up to their promise.

I emailed them about the exact chip (before your reply sage). Making sure that they indeed have it in stock, and they gave me the same message. So now i will look elsewhere.

Can anyone out there reach the www.consolefactory.net website? I got my "delayed" email from them today and now can't seem to reach their website at all.

This is pretty annoying since they are the 2nd website that I've tried to order from that lists product in stock when it's out of stock and while the 10% future discount is a nice gesture, having the website go down after telling me my product isn't shipping is kinda spooky.

If I hadn't paid via Paypal I would have cancelled my order but I'm committed at this point to wait it out and I'm hoping that I won't regret it.

well, i have no problem reaching the site.... as to there we-have-chips-in-stock-opps-no-we-don't situation, i believe if they update the site as soon as they're out of stock, and if they spruce up the site a bit, AND they elaborate on their currently vague shipping info, they would have an excellent site.....

ok, i'm getting pissed with these guys now.... first of all, i was ok with the delay of their chips that were suppossed to be back in stock tommorrow, the 10th. dissapointed, but i could wait. now they pushed back the date another 5 days, to the 15th. i'm starting to regret my purchase from them.... i don't think i should have to wait almost a month for my order....

Well, I understand that the whole thing with the 10th and the 15th thing. Every company was expecting it on the 10th...but it was out of their control.

So all I'll say is that I more than recommend them. They are professional, reliable, and dependable.

My experiences with this company as of now are not one that I would recommend. I am unsure if this company is BS.
I ordered my Xecutor 2.3b lite + on Feb 6th, they charged me the day I ordered it and they said they would not come in until the 15th, I had no problem with that becaue it was the same with the other companies. On the 18th they said my order was shipped and would be to me within 2-4 days. Still no modchip, so I e-mailed them and basically said what the heck is the deal, and they sent me back and e-mail (very prompt response) telling me sorry that he sent me the wrong e-mail and got a mix up. In the e-mail it said that he shipped so many orders that the post office would not ship any more because his account was out of funds to ship. After some other bull...... he said my chip will be here by the weekend at the latest. It is the 26th now and I am hoping to get my shipment tomorrow, Friday.

I will keep you all updated once the Postman comes tomorrow.
