Very good shop,
To start they are very fast with replying to e-mails.
Always ready to help, and very customer friendly.
I had problems with my xenium which turned out to be a bad chip,
after contacting cheapmod they told me to send it to them.
I did and a few days later i had a new modchip.
What more could you wan't, certainly gonna use this shop again if i have more modding needs.

Fantastic service.
If you are looking for friendly and quick service then you have to use them.
I even got a phone call asking if the bought items had turned up, you dont get service like that from anyware.

Well what can i say that hasn't already been said?
Sent an email at 13:13 hrs requesting a little info and got a reply at 13:47 hrs!!!
How's that for a quick response?!?!
Had trouble with a 'Mr' No-use before, with him calling me a liar for saying i had a faulty chip (maybe he has confused me with someone else?)

But anymore, moving onto some one with MUCH better customer support - Glen!

After getting such a quick and intelligent response i ordered straight away (Executer 2.3b lite) - this was on the 2/8/2004.

It's now the 4/8/2004 (should arrive today or tomorrow) and i can't wait to get my xbox back on track.

ordered a executer 2.3lite on the thursday, so should of came on saturday.
So i waited for the postman I watched him go to nextdoor with a parcel (which i know was mine) but she wasnt in so he went away with it cut a long story short It was never to be seen again!

So i phoned and spoke to glen and explained the situation and with no hesitation he sent another one which arrived next day.

Glen replied to my (probably dumb!) questions very quickly and reading the comments on this site and the reseller ratings prompted me to place my order.

I have to first of all thank the guys running this site for their work helping the community suss out bad sellers. Anyway back to business. After stumbling across this site whilst researching where I could make my purchase, I thought I'd give www.cheapmod.net a try after reading the rave reviews it got here.

I wished to purchase a crystal xbox with the xecutor 3 and a 200G HDD. To me money was not too much of an issue compared to fast delivery, reliability and a good job done (Total price £278).

I emailed Glen in the morning but no reply so I decided to ring him. He said he could complete my order and ship the goods out the same day (like the site says). I placed my order about 11.00 on the 21st Oct 2004.

I waiting until around 16:30 (yeah i know im impatient) but I still had not recieved a email confirming my order or whether it had been completed so I again rang Glen. Much to my suprise Glen told me the order has already been completed and shipped! He also gave me the shipping number so I could check the status of the delivery. I recieved my X-Box at 11:58 on the 22nd Oct 2004.

Absolutely fantastic job done!! This will prpbably be the ONLY place where I buy my future goods from now on and I will recommend www.cheapmod.net to all my firends and family. The only downside was the emailing but with Glen having his mobile handy it wasnt needed. If your gonna order anything order from this site as the service is the best I've come across.

I always use cheapmod. Fast, polite and reliable support and shipping. Cheapmod ran out of Xeniums due to unforeseen circumstances and I was offered my money back or another mod if I didn't want to wait 3-4 days extra for the Xeniums. I got the SmartXX V2 modchips without any extra cost even though the total cost would have been GBP 15 extra.

Highly recommended. Period.

That's a couple of times I have purchased from Cheapmod, with the most recent order in particular impressing me (NOT AN EASY TASK), I never even placed the order untill almost 5pm, and it still arrived 10am next morning. I have only had to contact glen once, (a stock enquiry) but the response was fast. No problems with any of the items purchased so far either.
