I ordered a Micro SD card from Cheapmod that didn't work, I asked if I could return it and they said that it would be fine and that a replacement would be sent. However they never acknowledged receipt and claimed it had been lost in the post. Since this was a possibility I then ordered a replacement but ordered a Mini SD in error (my fault), I again asked if I could send it back to get a Micro SD replacement and apologized for the hassle, they again said it would be fine as long as I sent a cover note with the item which I promptly did. This was 2 weeks ago and they haven't responded to any of my e-mails since so I don't have my Mini or Micr SD. Beware of Cheapmod.

And the fact that Glen gives a mobile phone number so you can contact him is a real nice touch. When I spoke to him he was *very* polite, friendly and helpful. I think another UK modchip seller (who is allegedly very rude to customers with queries) could probably learn a thing or two from cheapmods.
If cheapmods can maybe increase the number of products they sell, I think we'll see a supplier that can possibly even rival the mighty BaldBouncer! (rip) Keep up the great work mate!
