and I can't wait I would rate this shop a 8 outta 10 here is the order number 2102
The only thing wrong is the led mods are kinda expensive like the blank and pre modded rings outher then that they are good

The problem has been resolved. I wish it was a lot quicker than this, but the situation did not have to go through a lengthy process of BS. These are, all in all, good people, but they have lost my buisness forever.

As you can see, on 09/27 I ordered a custom jewel from customxbox.net
On their website they state, "Custom designed jewels will ship out within (1-3) business days." I waited a week and on the website it still read "processing." I sent an email to customer service asking for an update on the order. I did not get a response. Days later, I sent another email requesting to cancel the order and be refunded. 2 weeks after I placed my order I still never got a word from them. So, I filed a dispute through paypal.
As you can see, this was not a good experience for me at all. If they would have communicated with me I may have been willing to wait. I mean, I waited a whole week before I sent the first email. However, they never communicated with me after the first day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMXBOX.NET AT ALL. They never sent the jewel and had very poor to no customer service.

My Order # 2236. Evil Clown Jewel & 4 Led Ring. i placed my order on 10/13. received email w/receipt shortly thereafter. status pending. on 10/14 got email saying status processing. now 10/19, still says processing. I sent an email to customer service on I think 10/17 asking for an update. no reply yet. I had never bought or even heard of customxbox.net before then. there are 2 reasons why I placed my order w/them. 1, the prices were good. 2, I thought I could get my items pretty quick, seeing as I'm only 5 hours away. now don't get me wrong. I'm not accusing them of anything, or here to bash them. all I'm looking for is some kind of update. If it was back-ordered or a prob w/my CC or something else please just let me know... Thanks

i ordered 4 white leds, red/white front panel leds, halo 2 jewel, and a used case...it took a good month and a half for it to arrive. however when it did, it was in good condition and im happy with it lol

these guys should not even be able to advertise here at all... I ordered a jewel....yeah that's right (1) jewel to test their service and these guys suck big time on customer service paid for the ups shipping and still haven't received my shit....and their website's "contact us" link is disbled, and I think its on purpose, so no way anybody can try to resolve any issues, tried emailing them as well and no responses.... Oh well, Paypal claim dept here I go....fuck these guys.... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
