I ordered a blue breakaway cable and a blue/white power/eject assembly, I received my order in 5 days great price, quick shipping, and good customer service and I’m placing a new order right now.

I recently ordered a custom xbox jewel from customxbox.net. It arrived in the mail today. The jewel looks just awesome, very pleased with it. Their customer service was also great and they always kept in touch answering all my questions.

I just got my custom etched jewel yesterday, came out much better than expected, looks fantastic. Fast delivery, and very friendly and helpful customer service.

I ordered a custom blue/white power/eject assembly, and a spiral blue cold cathode on Monday November 24th.

They arrived Thursday November 27th, pretty fast shipping I'd say.

Also they were great with my questions via email. Highly recommended site.

Well, they actually bought a debug kit from me, but none the less I received the money fast and promptly, will be shipping tomorrow. All in all, they seem to be good guys.

today i ordered a white cold cathode and 2 white leds. ( i had 1.5 usd in my paypal i needed to spend extra ) and 15 min later. order proccessed. another 20 and i got another email saying shipped. that was so fast. i expected it to ship tomorrow and not 45 min or so later. will do more business for sure.

Just ordered a case and jewel from them, I really messed up my order and probably caused some headaches but they were very patient and helpful, I highly suggest ordering from them.

i just got my package today in the mail.

2 white leds (for eject panel)
1 white cold cathode
FREE controller extension with green led

i couldnt be more please. not only were these the only ppl i could find with white cc. they shipped it out an hour after i paid. and 3 day shipping at that.

20 min later i had the eject leds soldered on and the cc fan mounted. it looks so damn cool.

however my white dual cold cathode. the inner cathode started melting and the outter one flickering after half way through a dvd. are they just cheap products or what. cause 16 dollers for a cc is kinda pricy. i was gonna drill and take out the middle cathode but id figure id get ur opinion first. whats up.

other then that, servise was great!

I emailed customer service 5-6 times before I ordered and the longest I waited for a reply was on a few hours. I just ordered a custom case, jewel, and 2 extension cables. So far there customer service is great and I would recommend. I will update when I receive my products.

Well I ordered on January 8th and I still have not received any of my products. I was told my stuff would ship this Monday but that never happened, then I was told yesterday and that never happened. They are taking longer and longer to answer my emails now. I noticed a few of the things I ordered went out of stock 4-5 days after I ordered mine so I asked them if this was the reason for the delay but they said it was not and that everyone just decided to order at the same time I did. My only problem now is why said something is going to ship when you know it's not going to. Hopefully I'll receive my products soon!!

just as an update to my last post, i still have not received my order, although they were having problems with there jewel supplier. I asked them on mulitiple occasions to ship the rest of my order and ship the jewel later, i even offered to pay a few extra dollars for the extra shipping cost. After about the third time of being told they would do that, but never actually shipping anything, they have not contacted me from my last email for about 3 or 4 days now. they have excellent customer service although.

I finally received my producs yesterday after waiting a month to get them. All of the items were to my satisfaction so I can't complain too much. I would use them again but I would hope for less delays if I did. The paint job and the jewel look awesome and the controller port LEDs, reset/eject assembly, and cold cathode all work fine.

Ordered some stuff from them, including some leds and jewels and stuff.. one of the contents was a blue cathode.. when i opened the package.. everything seemed to be right.. but .. i discovered that the catchode was white!..

no other things to complain on though.

I ordered my stuff on January 19th and I am still waiting... At first they were great at responding with support, but lately (I have emailed them 3 times on my order status) they have not been responding. I was told 2 times that my order would ship out by the end of the week. I hope I am fully satisfied with the product once I receive it, since I have waited almost a whole month.

Yeah I just recieved my order last week, took a month as well. The order was correct, everything is cool, but a month is a very long time to wait!

Bought a case badge from them. These guys are pretty good, one of the better webshops i've dealt with, They are great with email notification and order processing. The only thing I would complain about is the slightly steep, yet not too bad, shipping charge for the item I bought but it's not that big of a deal as I spent forever searching for the item I finally found that they had it so I am happy.


I'd give them 4.5/5 stars because they don't leave you hanging wondering how they're handling the order Great Service,I will definatley order from them again.

Prordered the Halo LE a few weeks before it came out. They said that it would take a couple of days once it was shipped. It has taken a week(understanable ups ground) Will recieve it. on monday. Customer service great I just wished that I had been informed when there was a delay. instead I had to eamil a couple of times before I got an answer. They promised an extra control with led mod will see sbout that tomorrow.

Thanks to all that have ordered from us in the past.

We have worked through alot of our "growing pains" and have things working very well and on schedule now.

Everyone knows the long delays of the chrome cases, but as of now 95% of the regular chrome case pre-orders have shipped and colored chrome cases are going out this coming week. It's pretty ludicrous to say we took your money and ran when you never asked for a refund. Through all the delays anyone at anytime could have asked for a refund on their chrome case pre-order. Just email customerservice@customxbox.net with name and order number and ask for a refund if you would like a refund. But do not say we stole your money, it would be a different story if we denied you a refund, but we never denied you a refund. Thank you.

Will order some of that light wire, controller ports, LED modded clear green controller and possibly a jewel & cathode depending on if I like the SE one.

Speed, and satisfaction- Only thing I did not recieve was a shipping retrun label to send my old case back.. O h well you guys dont want it anyway, its the reason I bought a new one.

Awesome service, recieved my red CCFL within 4 days, even though its pink, then again, any red CC is pink.

Fast shipping and I would order agian but I ordered a red cathode and the one that came bright pink but they sent me a piece on transparent red sheet to try to fix the issue. Overal I am satisfied,

I preordered a chrome case in january (colored) and have no problems waiting as long as it takes. I have ordered from these guys twice before and the product and handling were nothing short of excellence. I will always order from these guys no matter what. For those with no patience, I don't feel bad that you had to wait, that's the price of ordering online. So for those that have never ordered from customxbox, take it from me, you won't find a better site to order from.

I ordered a custom painted case, a CC, and a jewel. I was completely satisfied with the products. My order did take over a month to be shipped. The wait didn't bother me. What bothered me was that they repeatedly failed to ship when promised. Even with these problems, I would order from them in the future.

Simply great do deal with. I did have a problem with some case feet, but the problem was resolved very shotly, and in a professional manner. If you would like to see some of their great work, just check this out. This is my pride and joy.

I bought from customxbox and they shipped like i asked, but when i got it to mod it the thing was all messed up i had to have a friend help me mod it cuz it was bad, i didnt get everylil piece of extra stuff that i should have and i one of my pieces was basically broken.

Bought a new 8 LED Jewel ring... they sent a 4. I then emailed them about it, and I sent the 4 LED ring back, they then sent the 8 ring. No other problems.

They answer emails fast, and are very nice.

just ordered a modded xbox with hd, came in like 3 weeks...dont work. just frags. says error 16 and wont let me flash, maybe im doin somethig wrong. im guessin i gotta buy a 3ft paralell wire or somthin to flash from my pc. hopefully i'll find some info on these boards.

These guys were great, had a problem with shipping not going thorugh to pay pal. They responded right away to my e-mail and we got it fixed right away. Ordered 4 led halo light, clear jewel and case emblem all worked great. Will definitely order again.

i got LEDs, a custom jewel, a cold cathode, and a clear controller case. All were for a good price and they shipped it fairly fast. I liked the fact that they would accept a check for payment.

i ordered 80 led's from these guys and got them in less than two weeks... after i mailed the money order, which is pretty good id say.

I've made purchases from customxbox.net a couple of times, and have been happy with their services on both occassions.

A while ago, I purchased a custom power/eject assembly with blue/red led's. The piece arrived promptly, packaged securely (lots of bubble-wrap), and at a very reasonable price. Craftsmanship on the assembly was solid and sturdy.

More recently, I purchased 3 of the xtreme enterprises s-controller shells from customxbox.net. Same deal: good prices, fast shipping, secure packaging. After using the shells, I wasn't very happy with their quality (I decided to go after a pair of genuine crystal controllers on E-bay, as the cases has face buttons spaces that were too large, and allowed the buttons to rattle quite a bit. Also, one of the analog's had a tendency to get stuck in an off-center position when left idle)- but that doesn't have anything to do with customxbox.net.

ordered hundreds of leds off of them, even tho they've slightly raised their prices, they are still better than Lsdiodes. I LOVE U GUYS Great people to deal with!
