DON'T BUY FROM www.mod-mart.com! They ripped me off. After not responding to repeated emails, I finally got a response after filing a complaint with PayPal. Mod-mart eventually responded and asked if I wanted to cancel or ship my order. I said cancel my order and issue a refund. I have not heard from them since, nor have I received a refund. AND, their helpdesk link doesn't work.

mod-mart is a SCAM! If you like your money, don't try and buy from them!

BTW, www.toka.ca took my order, shipped it, communicated with me on 3 different occasions, in less than 4 hours!

we issued your refund after you cancelled your order. you were just impatient...i must have gotten at least 2-3 emails from you every hour...

I have sent numerous emails about my modchip. my order number is 1352 i think.

I ordered on the 6th of June, and now it is the 16th. I was told that it would be shipped out on the 11th at latest by the one reply email that i have gotten. since then I havent heard so much as a peep out of mod-mart.com. the helpdesk is down, none of the support stuff is supportive, Im just sick of it and i want my money back. I hope that someone at mod-mart is reading this and will refund my money or actually reply to my emails before i have to call paypal.

This is not good business, and I dont know what the problem is...but right now my problem is i have paid good money and received nothing in a timely manner. I just want a refund.

Well, it's been well over 6 months now and I still haven't received my Xbox premod which was sent back to Mod-Mart for repair last December. They replied once to the post I made here in March, claiming that they lost my address and my emails were bouncing. What a bunch of BS! I sent them my address about four times, and not one of my other correspondants has said anything about my email address bouncing. I've still tried emailing and PM'ing them countless times and haven't received any reply. Looks like it's time to drive up to Winnipeg and give Sylvester a little taste of vigilante justice.

Well, they finally got back in touch with me, after posting here...and they refunded my paypal acct with the full amt. the problem is they didnt do it as a refund, they paid it back to me out of another acct. and since i have the premire acct so i can accept credit cards on ebay, i was charged 2.05 by paypal for the transaction. so instead of waiting another 2 weeks to get a refund again i kept the transaction and chalked the 2 dollars up to experiance.


I will not ever buy from these people, or "either" business name again.

I am having A LOT of trouble with them too. I want a refund or it to be shipped asap. I ordered and paid via Paypal on the 16th and it still says that is a new order and nothing has been done. I just wanted a place that could ship a modchip fast.

They shipped it 2 days ago, so it took 7 days to ship and 9 days to respond to emails. Such a nice website. Such bad service.

well i ordered a mod chip from them all the way back to june 19th, the website said it was in stock, but somehow, they still havent shipped it. and when i e-mailed to figure out what the hell was taking so long they tell me theyre out of stock, even though that same day i tried to order another, just to see if it was in stock, and of course it was.

so yeah i'm getting dicked around, and i'm seriously not impressed. The funny thing is, i'm living about 6-8 hours away from where they ship the damn things, they could freaking walk the chip over here!

and i've been waiting for over 2 weeks now for mod mart to even ship me my x2.3b lite, they claim they are out of stock, but the website tells me different, so i'm getting pretty impatient, if by monday they havent shipped it, or at least let me know how much longer i'm gonna have to wait, i'm demanding my money back, and maybe more for false advertising, denying me a product i payed for, and damages for wasting 2 of my weeks.

Like I said before I orderd a x2.3b pro and as soon as I placed my order it was out of stock. So I sent emails everyday hopeing for an awnser to when it was going to ship. So today I go to check my order status and they tell me know that I have no orders out and never had a orders with them. But of course the chip is now instock.

Update they charged my credit card too. I don't know what to do now. I sent them a email asking to refund my money and cancel my order but they never reply. I guess I'll have to take a trip to baconland and lay the smack down lol.

Well I will never order from these jokers again. I ordered my 2.3B lite on 27 June (#1374) when their site said they were in stock. Sent email through the order tracking system on 29 June asking the status because it had not changed from orderred to completed as of that time. I was told that they were out of stock and they would be arriving any day and would ship as soon as they arrived (so much for in stock, eh?). Waited patiently and went to check my order today and it was completely missing! No notification of it being cancelled, or why.

So buyer beware. These guys arent the best to deal with. Very poor service as far as I am concerned. I am glad now that I asked for it to be shipped COD. At least I dont have to worry about cancelling my order. They did that for me! I guess thats a plus.

What heppend to these guy's they never reply to any of my emails. I want awnsers mod mart why are you doing this to your customers?

its been 3 weeks and i got no reply. my magic v is not coming is it?! what a rip off. 29 dollars gone down the drain. Mod-Mart doesnt look like its been updated since april. I'm pretty stupid for purchasing from this site. Some help desk. There were at least 3 other people in the irc help channel. All talking about how it there orders were never shipped. Ive emailed this guy 3 times. None have been replied. Crappy service. Sorry but its true.

I delt with www.mod-mart.com Since they were called Royal modchips, it's probably been over a year now, never had a problem before. Ordered 2 x2.3 pros in may and they came within 2 days, great. One was defective so I sent it back and I also ordered another one that I wanted shipped back with my replacement chip, I was getting good responses all along. Now its been about a month and no response and no chips. Have emailed them numerous times and nothing. So these guys are a joke now, I would never deal with them again, I am out my one chip that was defective and will never order from these Clowns again and I suggest that all of you do the same.

I ordered a few chips a while back and they came in pretty quickly. I was happy with the service. I ordered 3 more Lites. Got 1. Got a message saying out of stock.
Been weeks now, 3 emails to C2_nap with no reply. Store seems to be down now.

If the ordering pages ever start working again, I'd be really, really careful.

Guess I lost $100, but I learned not to order from mod-mart again.
